Elouise from Petport was incredibly informative and patient throughout the entire process. I was kept up to date as my pets were collected and transported from Joburg to Cape Town. The team was so friendly and caring with my little ones.
The help I received from the start of signing up for my car insurance was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful and assisted me in every way they could. I am extremely happy about the service I received.
I ordered Cards Against Humanity as a gift for my brother, the turn around time and delivery went so smoothly and they were so quick and efficient. The only problem is that there are a few blank cards and misspelled words on some of the cards too. Other than that I am quite happy with my purchase!
This is the second time I've ordered through them, extremely disappointed in their customer service. Both times my order was on "Paid - Order In Progress". It took me contacting them on their website to update me that they are awaiting stock from a supplier and I should receive it next week sometime.
Great turn around time, items were shipped within a few days. Only thing I wasn't happy about was that I never received communication until I contacted them. Otherwise the turnaround time and products were great!
I am highly frustrated with @TelkomZA , I placed an order on the 1st for a 10mg ADSL line, the technician called me on 13th to confirm they cant give me one. I had to downgrade. I was told after 48 hours to place a new order now I'm being told its 30 days. This is ridiculous!
<p>I ordered pizza just over 2 weeks ago, where i eventually phoned in after around 1 hour to be told the delivery guy phoned me to tell me he cant find my house, to which i told him i did not receive any call. The man (Nkosana) then proceeded to tell me that i would get my order shortly, where i responded if it was cold i would not accept it and was promised if it was cold i could get compensated for the order. Once i did receive my order it was ice cold and i phoned back and was told i would get compensated the follwoing day but i had to pay for the order at the time. It took two days of constant calls back and forth and i was promised by the manager (Fatima) that she would speak to her franchiser and get back to me. I am currently sitting 2 weeks and still no response or follow through of the promise, i am extremly dissatisfied with the service and the food received.</p>
I applied for a loan through Nedbank, upon the time of the application i had received a call and provided details in order to confirm whether i qualify. Within a matter of minutes i was informed i do qualify and to go to my closest branch, being East Rand Mall. The following day i received a call from Zamke, at the East Rand branch, following up as to whether i was still interested or not. When i went into the branch i was greeted with a warm smile, and an excellent service experience. When the loan was approved, after the application was filled in, i received a call from Zamke herself informing me that the money will clear in my account as i was approved. The following day i was contacted by Nxolisi at the loans department, who followed up as to whether i was informed of the approval, as well as whether the money reflected in my account. I am overall extremely satisfied with the service i received through Nedbank and would be more than happy to deal with them in the near future.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Phaki through Mweb, although Telkom did not play their part as hoped, Phaki had helped me nonstop or constantly updated me and followed up with (and for) me regarding my adsl line. Sadly there were issues from Telkom i could not get them as my service provider. I will definitely use them in the future once everything is sorted on Telkom's side.
