wrong wood used for kitchen units doors
the kitchen unit material was paid in cash in Sep 2015 and when the delivery was made the delivery guys were told that the material for the doors is not correct and the company was also notified. we spoke to Herbie and he promised to sort the matter out in January 2016 when the company opens after holidays. Herbie promised that he will exchange the material and bring the correct ones, he even told the carpenter to build the frames and take measurements to be sent to them but he was avoiding our calls and would not return our calls. after a while he said he will speak to the manager but came back and said we have to pay again for the doors as they will not exchange it. They either bring back the money for the doors or exchange it for us . the delivery note was not signed. please help Gladys is now stressing about the whole situation.<br> the company number : 013 2435153/4 Herbie 0726571154<br> Gladys Mokgoshi
