Never Buy online from K Carrim.
Never buy anything online from this company. I bought items and when I went there to collect i was told they are out of stock, but they were not marked online. It has been over 2 weeks I'm still waiting. I was promised that they will send me pictures for me to select a similar item, but when you contact them they do not respond. If you can't to to the shop. Never use their online portal.

Telkom Scam
I have a contract with Telkom, my phone was stolen when i was 6 months into a contract, I reported it then got a new phone then I kept on paying for the other phone and a new one. The stolen phone device obligation ended in July but they are still taking money from account, I tried visiting their customer service outlet and calling their call center without being assisted, they promise to send ticket numbers that I do not receive.

There is an AD on the wall at mall@reds that if you fix three pairs of heels you only pay for two, I went there 01.02.2021 with three pairs or heel bud I was told that special was finished last year but the adverti*****t is still there.

I saw a displayed ad at American swiss that if you buy model SM-G531H you get a free selfie stick, I bought the phone but when I asked about the stick they said it was not brought to the store. I sent a complaint to the customer services and sent them a picture of the ad, asked for my contact but never came back to me and that was in December even now I haven't heard anything from them.
