Would never use them again. So deposited money for the deposit match bonus. Managed to do the impossible and wagered 30x the amount deposited. So for the R2000 I had to wager R60 000. I had R1400 after that. I prompted their chatbot to withdraw the winnings. Gave me the response that the remaining amount after the wager will be converted 11PM. 11PM they took my R1400 and after asking why it was not converted, they respond with "an additional R2000 was further deducted thus no payout" I have screenshots proving the mis information, and Michelle assisting in the chat just completely denies the bot gave false information. Stay away!!!
Their customer service on the finance side really disappoints. I paid double end of July, they contended me and asked to do a manual payment but they proceeded to debit me as well after the manual payment. I logged a ticket and it took them 2 months to get back to me. The first interaction they assured me I will not be charged end of September, they again debited me the amount. They called me 2nd October and a lady named Elsie assured me its sorted out and I will get an email from het with details. I received no email from Elsie and I was debited again that evening. I cant imagine the chaos in their finance department.
<p>Complaint ...Cell C!! I have cancelled my contract with a ref number!! They refuse to end it and just add data as per contract!! I know the next step they will take is to block my number if I dont pay!! Please assist!! It had to be cancelled end July!! I got data this morning my problem soon to start!!!There is a lot of recorded conversations they can use!!</p>
I wrote a complaint on the 20th of April explaining my frustration with the bad service. For the first time, after the complaint issued an effort was made to sort out my problem. The phone was sent in January for a cracked LCD, I received the phone 3 weeks later and returned it after the LCD started turning purple within 24 hours of receiving the phone. The Edgars lady wrote down what the problem with the phone was. Now after the issue was "sorted out" that I do not have to pay for this claim I was informed that the outside screen was cracked as well and I need to pay even more. I cannot even imagine how Edgars or Finrite handles the phones if they cracked the screen in the repair process. This is after I was assured my issue was sorted out. I went to Edgars to collect my phone Wednesday where the phone was there but I needed to pay. The Mobile lady told me she would sort out this issue and I could collect it this Saturday. Saturday she did not sort it out and told me I needed to wait an hour only to only hear I need to pay she and that she never told me that she would handle the problem. So how I see it, is that everyone is lying to me to keep me off their backs. I even asked for the multiple phone recordings from Finrite to have proof of my whole struggle. I can't say I was surprised to never receive the promised recordings of the call. I honestly do not know what to do next. Between Edgars an Finrite I am amazed at the level of pathetic service received. I would like to know where I can take this issue because I have been struggling for over 3 months.
Call centre is pathetic, they do not know what is going on in the company. They promise to attend to your issue but the never do. They promise to call you back with updates but this has not happned with the last several calls I had to make. I have sent in my damaged phone 3 months ago, to my knowledge they just threw it in storage. I don't know what to do more. I have sent complaint emails with only more promises to attend to my issue. I would not recommend this insurance scheme to anyone.
