<p>On the 25th of January 2017 I logged a claim with discovery for theft that happened the night before. The person allocated to the claim( ********** ) is Nokulunga Mabusela. One would think that they would call to update on the status of the claim or if they require anything to process the claim, but no. I have to phone everytime to check what the status is of the claim. First call was on the 27th of January where Nokulunga advised that I need to give them the manual for the items stolen in order for them to check what the replacement value is. On the 30th I phoned and sent in the manuals to Nokulunga, the next call was on the 6th of February I phoned in once again to check the status and was advised that they will replace the units stolen and are busy getting quotes to replace the units. On the 8th of February I phoned in again to check on status and was told that they are trying to get hold of the Police Station to get the case statement from them for the claim. I gave them the number for the police station that I received via sms from the police station, Nokulunga said she would call the police station. On the 10th of February I phoned in once again to check on the status of the claim. Nokulunga said that she is not getting hold of the police station, after the phone call I phoned the number that I gave her for the Police Station and got hold of them at first try. It is very bad business for them to not phone me to request documents or information needed, I have to everytime give them a call just to find out they are waiting for things and failed to communicate to me. I am very upset at this stage because this is not what I expected from a well known company in South Africa.</p>
<p>On the 9th of July I did an upgrade, only a few weeks after that the upgrade was processed after numerous calls to vodacom. I had to go back into the shop to ask the lady to process my sim swop, this was done a few hours laters. I am supposed to receive 10gb data with the upgrade deal I took and to this day have not yet received it. I have been communicating to the lady that assisted me with the upgrade but as per vodacom a request has not yet been logged for the 10gb data. I also asked the lady to let her manager give me a call and one day later still no call from the manager. This is the worst service I have ever received from a vodashop.</p>
Upon contacting my previous employer on 16 Mar 2016 I found out that Veronica Roberts is the broker dealing with my withdrawal of my provident fund. I contacted Liberty and they advised me that they have absolutely no documents on record. I contacted Veronica and she said that all documents was submitted at month end already. I contacted Liberty again and they confirmed that no documents have been received, again I contacted Veronica and she assured me the documentations was sent in to Liberty. I then asked Veronica to sent me the mail/proof of when the documents was sent in, she ignored my request, I sent the mail another 2 times on the 17th and still no reply. On the 18th after sending the mail again requesting the proof of mailing Liberty my withdrawal forms i phoned liberty again, they then confirmed that the documentation was only sent in on 16 March 2016. I find this very unprofessional as I as the client had to phone around to find out where my claim was. Veronica also altered an email from Liberty so that i cannot see the date the Liberty consultant sent on the email. I still haven't received any feedback from Veronica about when the claim was submitted.
