I am so frustrated with DSTV. We took a price lock with DSTV and was up to date with payments WEF September 2019. I have requested statements via the call centre and they said their system was not working. I asked for reconciliations via facebook messenger and via agents but to no avail. Now I get disconnected and get told I owe 2900. I paid 1900 and apparently I have Showmax I didnot subscribe to showmax. This I had with the premium package. I get given ref but pricelock did not call ref38292462 i694 by team leader natasha silnehlanhla and again on tuesday. I was connected but was told pricelock will call to resolve but to date no one. I was put on hold for over an hour and then get disconnected wanting to speak to a manager because zonke transferred me to anele on ref 38292462 i704 after an hour I get disconnected again. I refuse to pay showmax as I did not request. I want proof . I need my services restored and billing resolved. I am sick of the services we get.
I had a query regarding my husbands policy . there was an amount charged and not disclosed, we paid almost 2 years. we called client services and queried why the premiums was deducted and was told to send all the relevant information which we did. we also advised we wished to cancel the policy due to a non disclosure on the 13/07/2017 we logged a query with the call center agent and sent all relevant information, In July 3 premiums was deducted which we queried and no resolution to date, we sent an email [Ticket #10699] and a Smangele Shongwe was assigned the ticket to investigate however no feedback was received, we called and spoke to an agent who advised this will be investigated and further feedback however none, i then reversed the premiums and immediately a manager calls me and said this will be investigate and resolved and the debit order will be stopped, however this has not been done, the debit order is still running monthly as the references keeps changing monthly even though my banked stopped the debit order. I want all my premiums paid back as well as the fees that is being charged for this to be reversed. i am so disappointed in the service from this company , i want all my money back. <p>We bought a motor vehicle from Umgeni Autohaus In Umgeni Road on the 27 January 2017. The advertised price on Surf for Cars was approximately R80000.00 I called and spoke to Vernon and requested a discount for a cash purchase. He called me and advise he can give it to us at R71000.00 with all licensing and COR clearance etc.</p> <p>We went in the same afternoon and signed the paperwork and did the transfer. I di advise that we are purchasing the vehicle to be used to take my son who has Leukaemia for all his treatments and don’t want any issues, he assured us that there is no issues and if any will be resolved. He said we can drive it the weekend and if any faults must advise him about it. On Monday we told him that the vehicle was stalling and that was not reversing, there was a loud noise and a few other complaints, he picked up the vehicle and a week later told us the vehicle was ready. We have now after several time of sending the vehicle for the same issues, approximately 8 times, the vehicle is still not yet fixed. If any it is of a worse of condition as now it undriveable as if you put it in reverse it goes forward and jumps back. We have send the owner Kriben and his manager footage of the vehicle, they say they understand and promise it will be fixed, but its never been fixed. <br />Over and above we have to drop the vehicle, pick the vehicle or drop the vehicle off, we are never compensated for any of the inconvenience, also we send the vehicle with Petrol , it still come empty to us. We have spoken to Vernon, Kriben, Faisal and Kuben, but nothing is being done.</p> <p>On Thursday they have dropped the vehicle once again, the vehicle drove okay on that day, when my husband went to drop the person who delivered the vehicle , on Saturday we were going out and wanted to use the vehicle it refused to go in reverse, it now leaks ail and water which we have send pictures to them as well, They say they will call you back and no one attempts to call.</p> <p>I advised him that we want the vehicle returned and out money refunded , but he still insists he wants to fix the vehicle. We are afraid if this passes the 6 months period we are not going to be able to resolve this and it will then become our issue. We have not given them just 1 attempt to fix the vehicle but approximately 7 /8 times now.</p> <p>Please can you assist as we are now asking for a refund as we have given them several opportunities to fix the vehicle , it is costing us more now to send the vehicle up and down, From the time we purchased the vehicle we drove it most for a week as the other times it has been at their workshop or repairs.</p>
