SHEIN IS A ****!!! DO NOT TRUST! They sell products, take your money, but then they don't send the products to you. I was a loyal Shein user, placing orders every week and spending a lot of money there. You would think that after I reported the missing product they would apologize and provide compensation. WRONG. They dismissed my claim, telling me that I was lying and that the product was, in fact, sent to me. I'm here to tell you that it was NOT sent to me, and I have a feeling that they oversell their products and when they run out, they simply don't send it to you and then claim that they did. IT IS A ****, DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN.
Absolutely AWFUL experience!!! The owner is the most obnoxious and horrible human being I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He swears and yells at his customers, threatens them and their dogs, chases paying customers away, and displays a level of disrespect I've never seen before. We were yelled at, sworn at, and the owner threatened to punch my boyfriend in the face. I witnessed the owner displaying the same threatening behaviour toward other customers, and I saw numerous customers leaving the resort due to this. I will not go back there until the resort is under new management. Absolutely despicable, and the owner needs urgent training in the field of customer service. AVOID THIS RESORT!!
My contract with vodacom was under my dad's name, and I wanted to move the contract over to my husband's name. It cost me an entire morning sitting at a vodacom store and getting all the paperwork done. After that, I bought a new phone and needed to do a sim swap, but when I got to the vodacom store, I was told that my contract had never been moved over to my husband's name and that it was still registered to my father. This meant that I could not get a sim swap done unless my father approved it. My father was out of the country at the time, and I struggled to get a hold of him, but luckily I eventually did, and after he approved it the sim swap was done. After the swap, certain services had been disabled; I can no longer recharge my airtime or data bundles, and because my phone is linked to my bank account, I can no longer access internet banking. I phoned vodacom again to try and get this fixed, but was told that nothing can be done unless my father approves it. He is unable to do so at the moment as he is away on business. I am disgusted with this level of utter incompetency, and I now have a very big problem, created by vodacom, which vodacom itself is unwilling to fix!
