I am really disappointed in Sound X. Poor Poor communication. I have called so many times that they are ignoring my calls. I requested for a Refund and the online chat **** and said it was processed. It has been nearly month since the request has been made for a refund without any luck. Now I am going directly to their offices and wasting my money for something so simple.
This is the worst experience I have ever received from an Insurer. They just need to fix my car and I can leave. It's been over a month and repairs still have not been approved by the assessor who left my house saying everything was approved. This is the most shocking service I have ever received in my Life. I cannot believe how mishandled this entire process has been. I am the one now doing the administrative work and calling the panel beater and Naked on a daily basis with No Progress whatsoever.
I am really disappointed in Experian. I was not aware of potential ***** on my profile. I spent 3 hours just waiting for a response. I even went to the offices in Bryanston to try to get it sorted without any help. I am not sure if they have agents at the office. This is hindering my business very badly and there is no assistance at all. I have never missed a payment in my life.
Absolutely appalling service. My Samsung Flip 3 phone screen stopped working because of the natural problem of the phone. The camera front has a slight chip on the front and they want to charge for a full set as the camera is fully operational and I do not need it replaced. They want to charge me for the camera for no Reason but just a money making scheme.
This is the worst experience I have received from FNB. The FNB Device Sales team are the most useless division ever. They cannot be reached at all. I have been asking them to reach out to me for 2 weeks but still nothing. This has negatively impacted my business.
Amazing Insurance and smooth claim process. I am usually skeptical about insurance companies but Dotsure has really warmed my heart. I took in my dog to the vet yesterday and processed my claim and the money is now in account. Amazing 👏
This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. It took over a month for the line to be connected. There is no alignment between the sales and projects teams. All documentation that you submit online is further requested, making the process even longer. They could not even deliver the router on time. Over a month in the process. I am so appalled by this service provider. I Never complain about companies but this is beyond poor service delivery.
Absolutely terrible company. They are actually a scam. 8 weeks and still no item in sight. No communication at all. Just alot of promises of saying the item is here but nothing at all.
I have never come across a company who goes out of their way to reject claims. My accident happened on 6 September 2019 and the Senior Consultant is saying that it might be rejected based on a timing difference. I have submitted my tracking device information, bank statements etc but there is still dispute about time. Insurance is to cover you at any specific time. If I have not broken the law and the information furnished is correct, I shouldn't be considering taking the matter to the Ombusman. I have been a loyal customer for close to 5 years and I receive this treatment. Absolutely shocking
