Worst customer Service ever...wanted to spend 18k on bakkie wheels whatsapped because it was not even online. Had a chat with the rudest guy ever....btw this is when they responded 48h later. long story short...im glad that happened because i can only imagine what the buying process will be like. ill gladly take my money elsewhere........
Terrible service, to think that i was considering changing banks! Made an IMMEDIATE EFT payment on Monday morning at 8.30am from my Standard Bank acc to a Capitec acc. By 9.30 the payment reflected on my statement and on my balance. Your Capitec client only received the SMS at 11.30am. it is now more than 24hours and he still has not received the funds in his account. Standard bank has confirmed that everything is through on my end and the payment was released yesterday morning. this is with regards to purchasing a vehicle. so the Seller a CAPITEC client now probably thinks that i am trying to scam him for the vehicle. Please can you sort this out asap as my reputation is getting damaged. I told him i would take the vehicle and make an immediate payment (which i did) and now he still does not have the FUNDS!
Cancelled my ADSL in November 2017...i have called numerous times as i am still getting billed. How long does it take to process a cancellation??. Everytime i call i get told that its being cancelled...pathetic customer service!
Pathetic service! Logged a claim for a burst geyser 24h ago only to have plumbers come out and disconnect the geyser. I spent over R200 on airtime calling both the bank and plumbers...and im still expected to pay an access??? No correspondence, unless i call and all im told is sorry for the inconvenience. Yet i pay my homeloan as well as insurance ao that issues like this can be simple and quick to resolve...instead its a nightmare. I feel like i need to beg people i am paying monthley to fix somthing that should take no more than 3 hours since yesterday 4pm with excuse after excuse being giving. I then get told that i will be paid out and i must sort the problem out. They couldnt do it yesterday because theor 24h plumbers dont work after 5pm.. so i take a few hours off wprk...ends up being the whole day for nothing. Now im expected to take more time off for aomthing they should fix! Im still waiting for an update from the bank. Pathetic!
Got the Samsung galaxy s7 edge from them on the 10th of April. I was told that the gift(we agreed that they would get me a wireless charger) would arrive the Wednesday the 13th.. I Called numerous times only to be told that Daniel is not available.Another lady then told me no stock has arrived and i should try the Saterday as new stock would be in. Went past on Sunday and nothing...i was told to come back Wednesday 20th which i did...i asked for Daniel and get told he is in a meeting...i then get told that i need to wait another week as nothing has arrived. I find this ridiculous,and the fact that i have to keep calling them and stopping by to make sure i get somthing that i should have recieved with the phone on the 10th of April pathetic! i am continuously being made to go back and forth at my expense with no real feedback or follow up from them.All that changes is a date that moves out everytime. If i knew that this would be the outcome i would have done my upgrade elsewhere.
