I am not happy with the service and product benefit that was promised is not being delivered I paid top premiums with the expectation of a smooth service but I only get annoying, petty, and unreliable consultants. I fail to understand why I should be running around instead of arranging for the funeral of my late mother for a simple vehicle access benefit. I have gone to two branches Palm Springs and Braamfontein just to be told that "it's true" I WILL BE RUNNING AROUND JUST TO GET THE CAR HIRE BENEFIT (VEHICLE ACCESS BENEFIT). Even worse at your consultants know the vehicle benefit when claiming during funeral arrangements is horrifcally poor... I don't get it? why not the rather remove it from product benefits. I cant even grief my own mothers passing all because I have to run from pillar to post. I feel for those that have been through the same and I discourage those that want to join to reconsider.
You have asked me several times to send documents for CLAIMS20455120 You confirmed they were received and now CLAIMS20464689 you are requesting for the same documents which initially to do so on CLAIMS20446842 - When this happens who do I follow up with? - Who do I contact? - Which reference do I then use?

Its been over 2 years since I had settled my account and I have my paid-up letter as proof my account was paid up with Xpress Credit but my credit profile is adversely affected with a judgement from to aldo van zyl attorneys for a closed account.
