What a pity such a mission to use this site. Life is difficult as it is and you make make more difficult. And site is not user friendly just saying

I would like to say a special thanks to the staff at Clicks Table Bay store for there wonderful service. They went a mile out there way to be helpful and get a product that I required. This was the Body Shop staff in Clicks and thank you so much 1st class.
I find it so difficult to get onto the site. Why should you have to sign in using FB or others. Site I dont think is user friendly. Thats my 5 cents
I had the worst experience in your store ,after being a loyal customer and spending hundreds of Rands on a monthly basis for a very long time now. Today one of the assistants who knows me well turns around and tells me 'no eating in the store'. I was tasting/testing one of the nuggets in order to determine how fresh/tender it was, to decide wether or not i would buy some together with all the other biltong i was planning on buying. I am Really furious, as she made me feel like a criminal - really bad "customer relations". I will no longer be purchasing biltong from your shop. Very unprofessional staff with a really bad attitude.
Made arragements at bank to have debit card available while overseas ......... Tried to use card when Dollers ran out...................... Absa blocked my card as they said I did not reply to the OTP What a joke .....who as roaming .............. They let me down BIG TIME .......................
When it was necessary to apply to change my option, I made contact with the call center, on waiting to speak to a consultant on my cell phone for twenty minuets. I asked for some assistance when they finally assisted me. I was told a consultant would call me back. This was in 12 December 2017 The Medical Aid sent a contact number for direct contact with the Chairman, on calling this number after making so many calls to the call center, you get re-directed to the call center. I have called the scheme more than Five times to try and resolve my query , but have yet been able to speak to a consultant. I have sent them emails trying to get the information, to no avail. But my option has been changed and I'm still not sure as to what I have signed up to. I have been a member since 2005 and find there service much to be desired. Mabey they will respond to this before I take my business elsewhere.
