I paid this company in cash to do my screed flooring. They failed and didn't do leveling accordingly after many days of false promises to come. We agreed on full refund as they were at fault. They are now claiming they are doing a breakdown calculation. What breakdown as they are the ones who didn't deliver on their part. They promised to fully refund me and I have proof of such and now they are saying they are calculating, calculating what?
My account number is ********** 70 I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Vodacom for over a year now. The contract expired in 2017 and to date they are still billing me I was reassured that my subscription has been cancelled only to be billed again This after I was told to settle the amount of 750 of which I paid 850 just to be sure. I deposited money from a nedbank atm and the atm took all the money and stopped working. I received a receipt that the money will clear in two days which is unheard of as it usually clears immediately. I went into a branch to enquire and they said they person working on machines has been consulted and on his way. to date nothing has happened. I have called centurion more than 10 times and no response, I called the call centre and they gave me a reference of ********** 7 and promised to call in an hour. to this date it has not happend. its two days later, the money has not cleared and i haven't received a single communication from Nedbank
