MOST USELESS BUSINESS BANK EVER!!!
Capitec came highly recommended, but I had nothing but trouble since I joined this Business Bank They are forever off line, they just tell you, sorry, try again later, and this is an ongoing thing!!! Just does not end. They should fire their IT and find a company that can actually do the job. My account never stops having problems with Notification POP's, loading NEW SUPPLIERS, it is a nightmare. Sadly, I have to go somewhere else.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL SCAMMERS
PLEASE DO NOT USE BUSBUD!! Never, ever book your ticket with Busbud - they are scammers. Bought a bus ticket and was given the wrong bus stop address. You cannot contact Busbud as they do not have a call center nor do they have a contact number. You speak to a Bot that is as useless as the company.

MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER
Do not use MTN. Now that Bill Gates bought shares in the company, even worse. What a dreadful company. You can forget to speak to an operator, is like talking to your brick paving as there is no answer, the selection says, to speak to an "expert' dial 0, once you do, it tells you, sorry, it is the wrong selection WHAT??? you blacklist people for no reason. I have been paying my account since 2001 and all of a sudden I got a report to say MTN blacklisted me!! I have handed MTN over to consumer watch and insist on answers. MOST USELESS COMPANY ever!!!!

ELBA, worse oven!
The worst oven ever!! does not bake at all, so if you do baking, stay clear from buying an Elba stove. I have never ever had any problems with my Defy oven, but because Defy does not sell their stoves on the coast due to rusting problems I looked at alternatives. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY an Elba, you will be very disappointed as I have been

Microsoft SA does not exist
Why does Microsoft bother to have an office in South Africa, they do not answer their calls and when you do get through by luck, they can't help you and put you on hold forever. Once you get to an Agent in India(which you do not understand as they have heavy Indian accents) - they promise call backs and then ......wait for it, then they do not bother to attend to your query in any event. I have over 20 case numbers for the same problem for the last 8 months - still no reply. How can SAfrican consumer watch or however allow such a criminal company to operate in the manner they do. Surely they can make waves to USA Microsoft? Otherwise, why do we have a consumer watch at all? Another waste of taxpayers money.

No feedback or communication
OLD MUTUAL was contacted several times regarding my debit orders and after three attempts to get my debit order at the correct date OLD MUTUAL decided to do it on 22 April again, every time it is costing me money at the bank. MOST USELESS COMPANY EVER. Do not ever sign a debit order with OLD MUTUAL. They are abusive and just do not care about their Clients. They have no communication system that works efficiently. No-one ever bothers to get back to you.

Useless company
After being with OLD MUTUAL for years, I am leaving. They are totally incompetent and useless. Ever try to contact OLD MUTUAL - NO ANSWER. YOU WILL HOLD FOR 30min then the phone goes ingage. NEVER USE THEM!!!

NEWCHIC, HUGE SCAMMERS FROM CHINA
NEWCHIC and BANGGOOD are working with a Courier company called Buffalo Couriers. They are SCAMMERS, a Chinese syndicate where you can place an order online and then pay for it. I believe that there are a few of them, PC Link and a few others do the same. They do not inform you that the stock has to come from China and that you need to make further payments for 'import' taxes. They have no documentation to refer your parcel to so that these Import taxes can be paid. You are sent from NEWCHIC AND BANGGOOD to Buffalo Couriers who gracefully provides you with a 'tracking number' that does not work, you can't track this parcel online. Then to scam you even further, Buffalo Couriers sends you a sms providing you with a Standard Bank account no. and an amount due, where you must pay in more money to get your so-called parcel. When I insisted in an invoice from Buffalo Couriers, I was given a different FNB Account number. I obviously did not pay them a dime, once was enough. They only have a 'BOT' communication system which is a robot on what's up. Their local addresses are all scamming addresses and the telephone numbers are not working either, it will ring once and then you are cut off. You will have many frustrations and eventually lose your cool and say exactly what you think of them. I was told my money was refunded, however, it was into the wrong account and they need to wait for the clearance first. I know I am never going to get my money back. Just very sad how many people our being stolen from in South Africa and it is more sad that the South African government has no laws in place to stop these scamming Websites from operating in our country. Millions of Rands from hard-working people are leaving our country without any accountability from the sellers. We are not talking about puppies or investments or even these loan sharks where you have to pay them to get a loan. We are talking about legitimate online Retail companies that operate world-wide with brilliant online marketing campaigns in place, companies you will never ever be suspicious of. How can you? It is so legit. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ANY CHINESE ONLINE COMPANY, UNLESS YOU CAN MAKE CONTACT WITH THEM BY PHONE WITH A PROPER SOUTH AFRICAN ADDRESSES. CHECK IT OUT VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU DO ANY PURCHASES. IF THEY STATE THEY ARE FROM CHINA, STAY FAR AWAY - KEEP THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND CHINA INCLUDING THEIR GOODS.

They steal your money once you have placed an order it simply does not get delivered. All the wonderful write ups about Newchic on google are lies. Please do not use them or Buffalo Couriers nor Banggood, they are one big Chinese Syndicate only there to steal your money.

SCAMMERS - PLEASE DO NO ORDER FROM THEM
ABSOLUTE CHINESE SCAMMERS - Do not order anything from this Chinese site. The steal your money. The good reviews are written by the company itself. They claim that your order is found and you should contact your local customs and pay the tariff. If you do not pay for this package it will be destroyed by Jan 22 and you will not get your package. WHAT A SCAMMING LIE!!! I can not believe that our Government can allow such companies to operate on our websites. They also claim that they have a building in Sandton. Absolute lies!!
