Went into the Somerset Store (Helderberg Mall) at 11:50 today , I was looking for a few items. Not once was I offered help or greeted . I was in there a good 10 minutes with no assistance from anyone . I was the only customer in store with 3 ladies working there. So the store was not busy , if they were busy with admin surely it could wait till after I was assisted with what I needed from at least one sales assistant. This really left me with a bad taste for future shopping at this store. surely in 2021 we should by now know the basics of customer service.

What an absolute terrible experience , what the post on Facebook for their restaurant is definitely not what you get. The service was for the lack of a better word Pathetic. Booked a table , name was on the list but no seats reserved . ****tails tasted like watered down juice. Serviettes served was actual Toilet Paper rolls. Beers given had no gas. Food was cold ,Rib special - do not waste your money . 3 ribs on a plate and 5 chips , I wish I was exaggerating but wow it was beyond average. Waitress never asked if we needed anything else. Space of an hour She wasn't at our table . We were seated near to the kitchen , near a deep freezer . Lighting was bad couldn't even see my bill amount when I eventually received it after 20 minutes. Afer receiving it waited another 10 minutes to acutally pay it. Toilet Rolls everywhere ! I would not recommend this place even if the food and drinks was free. Always wanted to go to Nomad but what a disappointing experience.

Waiting more than a month for a report.</p> <p>I had a leaking pipe, I called Dial Direct they sent out home assist. I now need them just to confirm that they did send someone out to fix this, can someone just please send this confirmation.</p> <p>I need to send this to the municipality to fix my account which is sky high because of the leaking pipe. A claim was put in for Colleen Apollis Policy Number : 828186533 The claim was put in on 09.04.2016. The only time Dial Direct phoned me for to Survey the Service Received. My home flooded due to a burst pipe ,which was not in my control or and not due to my negligence. But now what Service was given to me ? My claim was rejected for the House Claim but for Home it was Approved.The only way I found out was by calling Dial Direct .I have had insurance for years and never claimed , I now need my insurance to assist me as my home floors and kitchen cupboards needs to be replaced. Suppliers fetched my Chest of Drawers and Home Theatre system but still no feedback or calls from Dial Direct. No correspondence or claim number for my claim. I have called countless times, emailed as well but still nothing. I am at wits ends please assist.
