I took out a funeral cover with Sanlam iCOVER i applied for it on-line in 2014 i have never claimed form this policy till todate. I was retrenched from work this year Feb 2017 i asked them to give em a holiday premium they refused even though other Insurance Companies granted me the holiday premium. Not only did Sanlam refused they also refused to cancels my debit order as i asked them to that i will make EFT Cash Payments towards my policy as my UIF Payment for unemployment doesn't have a specific date of payment again the other Insurance Companies they agreed for me to make the cash payment , Sanlam iCover said no they can not cancel the debit order , now they debit the amount at most times there is no money in my account then am left to pay the bank charges for unpaid debit order of R110.00 i did ask the bank to cancel the debit order which they did however Sanlam iCover changed the description thus the debit order goes through regardless. I did write an email to Sanlam Arbitrator on the 5th of Oct 2017 i didn't get a response i resend the mail again on the 7th of Nov 2017 till to date i haven't got any response needless to say the numerous mails i send to ********** also to ********** no response i would advise no one to ever take out this policy with Sanlam its a disgrace as you can note from my experience with them.
<p>I took out a funeral cover at Sanlam on-line in 2013 , 2017 i was retrenched at work i then asked Sanlam icover to please give me a holidy premuim as my other policies did , Sanlam iCover declined sais its not covered in my policy , i asked htem for my policy tersm and condition , which doesnt sitpulate what happens to the policy interms of retrenchment , the policy terms and conditions is so vague , evenif it doesn cover on their policy terms and conditions what happens in a situation like mine, Sanlam icover failed to accomodate me as their client who has never claimed from my policy till todate,Liberty also didnt cover this on their policy terms and conditions however Liberty made an expection that i will pay minium amount however should i caliam during this 6months i wont be albe to get full amount however X amount , Sanlam iCover failed to even compromize ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant even cancel this policy as i wont even be refunded my premiums i have been paying till todate as i have never claimed</p> <p> </p> <p>It gets better so i tell them cancell my debit order i will make monthly payments ,Sanlam refused siad that is how their plain is designed i was ike you must be kidding me what do you want the money or to have a system that functions to make your work easy for the finace dept not to work iby allocating payments to policy holder</p> <p> </p> <p>Till todate they havent came back to me regards to that .</p> <p> </p> <p>I wont take out any policy with Sanlam ever again i now have two the funeral and the retirement which i did as close up </p> <p> </p> <p>This has though me to do your research before one takes out policies cause you think ONE LIFE is new in the block can be fly by night, that Sanlma , Old Mutual , Momentum will give you propere service , kanti you jsut fooling yourself .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On 21st of June 2017 at 9pm i was already asleep , my husband wakes me up someone called me on his phone, i answer its Old Mutual Finance i was so ****ed am like please call me tomorrow between 8am and 5pm she said she cant i think her name is Hlengiwe am not sure , she explains the reason for her call saying thank you for the payment ect , during her conversation am getting ****ed i say to her i asked you guys to only call me when i didnt make a payment do not call me to thank me and to make anohte arrangement its annoying ...she kep on talking about will i make the same amount of payment i dropped the phone in her ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning my mother calls me she asked me if Old Mutual poeple got hold of me as htey called her she explianed that i switch off my phone while sleeping they must call me in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>This means they called me mother as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean i made the payment 17th of June 2017 </p> <p>They didnt try to get hold of me several times say 3 times no for them to opt to call anohter people and </p> <p>Its not even month end to contact me , or the next month to enquire.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes i owe Old Mutual my account is in arreas however i see no reason to harrase me like this</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mildred</p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 10th of March 2017 i want to Thusong Service Centre Maponya to submit my UIF Claim as i was retrenched from work,paypint J10 assisted me , she never explained to me the procuder she just said to me i must ignore all sms and come back onthe 20th of April 2017 to come and sign , i asked her about the money when will i get it she repeated her previous statment and i left.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 19th of Aoril 2017 i went back as i was going somewhere on the 20th of April 2017 , a male person assisted me i forgot the payont number none the less as he was checking my document on his compute he noted that my UI-19 was never submitted on the 1oth of March 2017 and thus he re-submitted it and send i must come back on the 20th of May 2017 to come and sign i asked him what does this mean what will happened he said things are not okay now however they will be i must come back on that day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to call the call centre of UIF dept am on hold for a very long time , i also tried to sedn a mail to the dept of UIF however my mail was never answered by a repsonse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that the customer service is lacking in doing their job and i also feel that they could have contacted me that not all my documents was submitted that i should come and submitt them i find this out when i wnet there. and now i still have to wait which i find very unfair</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mildred</p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I made an arrangement with Old Mutual Finance to make cash payments as i was retrenched form work on 28th of Feb 2017 i has=d this converstaion end of March 2017 i was told by the customer service person they will cancell my debit orders. Old Mutual Finace kept on debiting my account as the funds was not available they lowered the debit order twice meaning 3 debitorders went through unsuccesfully Old Mutual then debited my account with R8.34 3times , i made my payments of the casg payments as agreed on Jamie Lakey contacted me on the 21st of April i told her and she send me banking details for the cash payment as the debit order will be cancelled and yet today the debit order went through still not cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes am aware i should go to my bank to have the debitorder stopped however i believed that Old Mutual will honor our arrangement cleary i was wrong</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like them to please cancell the debit order and reverse the R8.34 they charged or debited as the arrangement was made prior to the debit order,as they call are recorded .</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanking you</p> <p>Mildred</p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Old Mutual its a firm solid long standing entity , however the customer service is very dissapointing lack of transparency.</p> <p>Since the #rd of March 2017 i have been calling the call centre asking for my pension fund to treated with urgency,they agreed till todate it hasnt happened i have to call ask about the progress then wheni do make the call its when Old Mutual realize soemthing is not done for example my Sars submittion i was told it was submitted to Sarson the 4th of March when i called on the 10th of March they realized that Sars didnt approve my tax directive thus submitted it manually ,if this claim was treated with urgency of whihc they agreed to someone fromt he call centre should have checked upon the progress witht he Sars directive the next day or so . </p> <p> </p> <p>Also i spoke to the call centre manager Mr January on the 10th explained my frustration due to lack of transparency as i felt that Old Mutual could have told me from the word go that we wont be able to treat your claim as urgency or escalate it then to put my hopes high , he said he will call me back today between 10am and 11am .At 12-20mid day i called the call centre spoke to Thandeka i told her that i was expecting a call from Mr January she put me through to him we got cut off. Till now i havent received a call back , </p> <p> </p> <p>This week will be the 5th week that Old Mutual is working on my claim , what i dont get is that on the 29th of March i spoke to Buella infact she calle dme to verifiy if i want to something it took Old Mutual 5 days to submitt my tax directive request to Sars .</p> <p> </p> <p>None the less am very dissapointed in their service which is not the 1st experience i had with them </p> <p>It was the funeral claim last year where i complained was promised someone will call me back till today no one has contacted me. my complaint that the call centre didnt give me the full information as to what to submit when claiming , she said copy of ID Document never tdid they mention that if its a card both sides of the card must be printed and send.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I temped with Boardroom Appointments since 2014, during my temps i never took leave while temping , i never got a leave payment after my assignments was done, i tried on several occations to contact Boardroom Appointments regards to my leave payout till todate i havent received ny feedback from them i emiled i called more than twice.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate it if they can revert back to me and also pay me the leave monies that was never paid back to me .</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Karabo</p>
<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased my daughter GR6 Test books on-line at Van Schaik Bookstore on the 15th of Dec 2016 , i kept calling them regards delivery on the 9th of Jan 2017 i made another call books was delivered paritally , thereafter few books was outstanding , everytime i had to call and enquire about the books ,last week Friday i only received one book of the outstanding batch , today when i called again the line went to voicemail said mail box full, tried other extentions the same, again i have to make a call and follow its been 3weeks the shool has open , </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that this is such an inconveniece for my daughter to have to go to other students housed to do her home work and and a bad reflection to me as a parents to ther teachers adn unto her .</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mildred</p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On the Sangonet website NGO's comapnies pist their job opportnities , on the 8th Nov 2016 i applied for a job at I-Tech Driver / Messanger as the closing date was the next day 9th Nov 2016, the mail was deleted on the 9th Nov 2016 without being read . I was shocked and a bit distrubed by this , i send a mail on the 11th of Nov 2016 to Info@sangonet as these post are being advertised on their website , today i got a mail that the mail send to info@sangonet was also deleted by Arnold Netshambidi without it being read .</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this very disturbing and very poor customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mildred</p>
