I purchased a bag of Puppy food and kept it stored in a clean plastic tub that is always sealed, yesterday I noticed worms throughout the food, there is no way the contamination happened in my house so it must be a bad batch from your factory, I am horrified that my puppy has been eating that and now I had to spend more money on a replacement bag. I have been a loyal customer for many years with my other dog but this is making me wonder if I need to change them both. I have pictures of the worms all wiggling around in the tub!!
I have been a loyal customer of takeout for many years and up until this point had no issues. I order a number of Birthday gifts for my daughter last week, the items were delivered on Friday, out of the 5 items I ordered 3 were missing and there were 2 random items I had not ordered. one of which was a bathroom scale with a sticker saying it was a portable blender!! I requested that these items were collected and the correct items sent. Monday the wrong items were fetched and I had been advised that they would do everything possible to get the correct items to me on Tuesday as my daughters birthday is Wednesday, I am now being ignored by Takealot when I try to get feedback obviously they will not be delivering today which means I now must leave work early to drive around and find the same. They seem very unwilling to provide complaint procedure and the lack of customer care is disgusting, talk about too big to fail!! I will not be using Takealot going forward as they clearly do not care!!
Woodford Car Hire for the second year running have kept the deposit despite the car being clean and full of fuel with no damage. they have on both occasions said that the deposit will be returned but never has been. do not use this company unless you want to be conned, attempts to speak to someone have been futile and no resolve on this. rental was done by a family member from overseas and they are being ignored!!
Good Morning I am very unhappy with the recent service I have received from Vodacom. My upgrade date was 23rd March this year and I decided to upgrade to a Samsung A3. We went into your Chatz store at Broadacres and they completed the paperwork and arranged a sim swap. This was on Tuesday 19th April, we were advised that the sim swap could take up to 4 hours, the next morning neither of my phones worked, we called Vodacom and they asked me to turn both phones off and then switch on the new one. I did this and when I switched it on it appeared to be working that was until I received text messages from a child to her mother asking her to call her, I thought this was strange so I called my husband’s cell only to discover that I had been given someone else’s number. We called Vodacom again and they advised that we would require another sim swap and that we would need to purchase a new sim. The next day (Thursday) my husband returned to your store again, to try and resolve the problem. They advised that we would need to do another sim swap but agreed that we did not need to purchase a new sim as we had already paid for one that didn’t work. Ian at the Chatz store advised that it could take up to 24 hours to work. I spent most of Friday on the phone to Ian who had been calling Vodacom Technical for answers all day, by 5pm it was still not working that was day 4 with no useable cell phone, finally I called Ian and advised that if this was not resolved by Saturday I would be returning the phone and transferring my contract to Cell C. within 30 minutes of my last call the phone started to work with the correct number. I called Ian the next day to advise that it was working but as I said to him I felt that I deserved to be compensated by Vodacom for not having a phone for 4 days, he advised that I must contact Head office directly and that they would make a decision, I am completely dissatisfied with the services I have received as I have still be paying for a service I could not use for 4 days. I feel That compensation is the least Vodacom can do for all my Inconvenience. I have emailed the complaints department but as I suspected they ignore customer complaints!
