Judging by the inability of the company to simply set up a measly appointment I would rate the service isn’t the greatest. I have been reaching out to these guys. Is the Instagram page and have been chatting to the administrator there. They were quick to send the quotation and made promises of coming out on the same day for the oil service. They asked me to send my location and VIN and it has been a struggle since to merely get a response from them. They just go in read my messages but don’t even bother to respond. I am utterly disappointed when I had so much faith in the team.
Vodacom gifted themselves an early Christmas present with my mifi contract data in less disappearingbin lesd then 24 hours while the phone snart m+ still stays intact alrhough I used it more often and it is far less then the mifi one.
It is with extreme frustration that I write up this review. I can not believe how something so simple could be this frustrating. On 15/09/2017 a King Price Client crashed into my vehicle from the rear were I had been stationary in traffic. After many discussions she eventually decided to institute a claim with her insurance. This is when all the frustration began, I was given a whole of of requirements to fulfill(of which I all did). I then struggled with their cinsultant Thabile Dlepu, this guy is quite something, he is possibly the rudest individual I have encountered to date. This one time on the phone when I was calling for feedback I had to calm myself down and contain the rage I had inside due to the things he said to me as well as the tone he chose to use. I ended that call that day by requesting his managers' details to escalate the matter to which he refused but decided to send day later. He told me that the claim could even take up to 3 years(not what the form they made me fill out says). According to the form my claim should have been finalised within 3 weeks of receipt of all the documents they requested. I completed and provided all the forms on 03/10/2017 and today after countless requests for feedback I have no idea what is happening with my claim because Thabile Dlepu, the people on the excalibur, and Monique Wright(Who I assume is Thabile's manager) have all decided to ignores my emails.

vodacom have somehow decide that they can do as they please with my bank account despite my specific and contractual instruction for them to debit on a set date. My debit order was taken 3 days before the agreed date without any prior authorization from me. They also have the nerve to tell me that I will be debited again on the correct date for a different contract I have. So paying twice for one account in a single month makes sense to them. So permission is not something they care much for when it comes to people's money and bank accounts.

The service received from Bafana was very professional.

It it the first of the Month and I an struggling to log in because my mifi router has no data.

I am left wondering what possible reason there would be for the data not to be loaded becaus my account is up to date. I constantly have to lodge hello peter complaints for Vodacom to actually do something about the poor service they give to their customers.

I was deducted more than the my agreeid installment for a period where I was only supposed to be charged a pro-rata amount. When I query tghis no one is responding to my email and when they do call me they keep quiet and just send an sms saying they tried to call me.

I am on a Top up contract for a 2 Gig data package where I am meant to be paying R 129.00 a month.

much to my surprise yesterday the debit order went off and it was not for the agreeid amount.

Should this not be resolved by 12:00 pm today I will be going to my bank and reversing the entire amount and the cancellation fees will be for your own account. whenever I call your call centre it is always experiencing high call volumes. This also needs to be rectified.

I am on a Vodacom Data contract and I have been experiencing problem after problem with the contract ever since I took it. I even went as far as trying to cancel the contract within the cooling off period but Vodacom refused. I then decided to migrate to top up to try and stop Vodacom from over billing me. As a Gesture of Good will for all my trouble Vodacom gave me 3 Gigs of data after handling one of my many service requests poorly. on 29 June 2016 I had about 2,3 gigs of data left and **** it just disappeared a day before the Move to top up. I called the call centre to find out why and they were not able to even see that it had disappeared from their side. they claimed that it still reflected. a service request was then lodged once again. and they were apparently going to listen to some call recording and advise on a way forward. Today about 22 days later I am still waiting for a resolution for a service which apparently has a 24 hour turn around time.

I have been more than patient but this is honestly pushing it now.

I loaded 1 Gig of Data this morning and within approximately 20 minutes it had disappeared and when I called their customer service I was advised that My Phone is a Lamborghini and that it uses more fuel than other cars. I then asked them to look into what had used up the data and was told that It didn't even reflect that I had just loaded data. I was then directed to my nearest Vodashop. At the Vodashop they were also shocked that 1 gig would just dissappear so quickly so they called Vodacom and they just said that I was downloading stuff on the internet which is very untrue. They said that apps which I had been downloading since the 29th of April had now started downloading again, bare in mind that my phone has very little space to download any apps. Why would my phone also wait until today when there was data on the phone the entire time prior to the recharge. I use an iPhone 4s by the way and have been since about 2012, so It would be safe to say that I know the phones tricks and how to save data on it. The previous 1Gig loaded lasted for about 24 days. So a better excuse please.
