I orderd parts online witch they said they had in stock when I phoned an it shows over 10000+ in stock. I then paid online after witch I received a email back stating there no stock they need my bank details for a refund. After numerous emails, whatsapps and phone calls ( to very unhelpful people) seems like I am not getting a refund as no one can reply or answer me. The one department blames the next and no one seems to know that they even ave a online store.
I bought a TV online witch I received broken out the box, after numerous calls and emails I recieved a email stating that they wil credit me then they returned the tv to me witch I did not accept. They now expect me to pay for a broken tv. I was also informed that there is insurance on a case like this that they will not intertain
I bought my car Jetta 5 at We Buy Cars in Germiston branch I was helped by the salesman called Given Moremi who was so helpful thanks to him
After months of struggling to get a decent amount of days with signal witch is off more than on, I cancelled my sevice with them. They send me a notice that it wass canceld but they keep on billing me every month. What sould I do?
<p>Mobius has been debiting my account now for months with me having a account with them, I phoned them and send close to 200 e-mails, the made me send my bank statements and copy of my ID in witch they told me it will take 21 days to be resolved, its been going on for 7 month now, the dont replie to any of my mail any more, and they even have a refrence MOB ********** 2 that they use to steal from me</p> <p> </p> <p>SO DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THEM</p>
worst company in the world... they steel money from me for months now for some product i dont even have or received from them, they use the refrence 50006422-4 and 50006422-2 also 2 other companies anvolved in the scam rescubox and hotspotter
