Most unprofessional and corupt business I have ever had to deal with. We did a accident tow for them and charged R 2850.00 which is the standard going rate. They are not insured on the vehicle we had to tow. They say they only pay a trade call charge of R750.00. When you call the phone is dropped at reception 7 times on you. Rachael says she is paid to make payments and was told by the owner who is Emi not to pay. I have requested a call back for the past 2 weeks from Emi or Dino and no response from either of them. As the owner I would expect that they would prefer that this matter is resolved in an amical manner but instead they prefer it to become a public matter. .
We as a company are appalled as to how we are spoken to and treated due to debt we owe. The customer service agent treats the CEO of the company as lower than his status. He is trying to tell the CEO to take responsibility for his debt - which he has but up until the last two months his creditors have not kept to there agreed arrangements to pay. So I feel that the customer care and receptionist need to go for training to deal with clients. I requested Mr David McAlpin's contact number and kept getting transferred to the customer care department. I request that an apologie be made in writing and verbally and that it be noted on the system when payment is received our side payment will be made. We cannot set a date as to when the payment will be made as we have not got a set date for when payments will be received.
Covid relief does not exists in this company black listed us because we cannot pay the account
I am so angry and let down once again by Vodacom I have asked for a credit as the phone should have been made pay as you go and they allowed my account to accumulate to almost R 20 000.00 We owed R 11 692.27 we paid R 6 000.00 therefore we only owe R 5 692.27 We cannot pay for contract or Fiber as we have not been able to access them due to Vodacom soft locking our account I1262079-8 I have been trying since June 2020 to get management or CEO to contact me as no one in the other departments work for a boss they clearly work independently for Vodacom They do not have emails or land line numbers for any management I ask to speak to the manager of the so called department and I get told there is none So who is running Vodacom Maybe that is why Vodacom's billing has gone to the dog's because there is no control and no accountability for decisions that are made I would appreciate this matter resolved as of yesterday as it is giving not only our CEO a bad name but our Company too With the crises of Covid no person or company can and needs to be black listed for events and decisions beyond there control I hope the CEO or upper management can get this sort as 35 Names and numbers to try and sort out this account is appalling on any level of business as not one department knows who is actually responsible to sort out this issue
since lockdown they have been unhelpful and now expect me to pay for services not used
We had a switchboard installed over a year ago but have not had any joy until today with and service related to the switchboard. No one knows how to program the board We have two lines that have not work for a month without being unusable for the next two months I have been sent from pillar to post to have this repaired but still not working I have requested a pole as my line is in my neighbor's tree which he would like to cut down but still waiting I cancelled a line on the 28 May 2015 with the ADSL and gigs and they only cancelled the gigs and ADSL so still being charge for a line that was cancelled I want credit for the times that the lines where not working and now they are telling me they cannot see when they are not working. I need to know how do they charge you service fee if they cannot detect if there is a fault on the line I am appalled at the service that I have received as a business owner and cannot believe that Telkom will keep a lot of clients if this is how they deal with complaints I want my account sorted out so that I can pay it and have my account reactivated please I want to return 4 extension hand sets I want only one extension and 2 hunting lines on the switchboard I only want two numbers for my switchboard and want 2 lines cancelled I want someone to come and program my night line and on hold music I want my line to be put under ground because I have been left with the copper cable to have it done and still no one has returned to complete that either I really need this sorted out as it is affecting my credit rating and I feel it is unfair to us as consumers to be listed because customer service in Telkom suck's
