Had such a great experience and excellent service
I have been offline for 5 days and even though the technician was here on Sunday there has been no update or feedback and my issue is still not resolved
I have had no connectivity for 5 days and every day I follow up (because they to busy to update me) I get the same BS. They waiting for Vuma yet no on at Afrihost puts in any effort
I have had no connectivity since last week Tuesday and I have raised this and they don’t ever come back with feedback. This happened earlier this year and took more than two weeks for something to happen.
Horrible, all I wanted to do was reset my PIN number so I called and was forced to go into the branch where I waited more than 30 minutes for someone to assist. I cannot believe in a world of advanced technology this pathetic service still exists
TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED, I am a first time Vuma customer and I have NEVER been this dissatisfied with a company’s service as I am today. I have been waiting more than 72 hours for my service light to turn green and all they say is they are investigating and I am expected to wait yet if I were to miss or be late on one payment they will immediately suspend my service.
I have dealt with such poor service. They had my car for half a day to provide me with a quote for repairs, not only did it take me calling multiple times in a single day with no response or feedback from anyone who worked there, I had to take the car back to have pictures taken (so not sure what they did when they had it the first time) I dont expect exceptional service because I have learnt competence is asking too much - all I ask is the basics, I dont understand how difficult this can be. Needless to say will not be going back there

All I want to do is port my number but no in Vodacom terms its like moving a mountain.</span></p> <p> </p>
After calling the entire day with no one answering when trying at the end of the day finally getting through and then being kept on hold for more than 15 minutes with no feedback on what was going. Tried calling again today and same thing some crappy music playing
