What an awesome experience working with Bev Wallace from helderkruin Harcourt She has gone out of her way to assist me with letting out my flat in horizon view and has gone the extra mile in sorting out so many other issues with the flat She is a real bull dog and gets things done!!!!!
Half my house got flooded because of a burst pipe and damaged half of the houses laminated flooring. Although it was extremely disruptive we were assuring ourselves because we had absa insurance that would cover the cost. Unfortunately the laminated flooring that is currently in our house has been discontinued and not available any more. Now absa wants to only replace the damaged half of our house with a different floor!!!!! Our insurance was taken with absa because we thought that it would be better to deal with a big company like absa as they wont try to do us in at the first chance. Unfortunately it seems we were wrong!
Have been paying for a contract that gets deducted every month and still can do outgoing calls! This after bringing it to their attention on which they as always take almost a week to reply. Meyoumobile website is as always no good as it reflects all my numbers as active this after i have closed numerous of these numbers. I have had my employees on meyoumobile now for about 2 years and it was a huge mistake!

On 28/04/2016 i sent a email to Riette Botha at Nashua vaal On 03/05/2016 I sent a email again reminding her to please answer my first email On 03/05/2016 the afternoon I phoned Vaal Nashua to speak to Riette telephonicaly seeing that email comunication do not apply to Nasua Vaal. I was informed by Denise that Riette is currenly not in the office but will give her the message to phone me back urgently. Up to now I have still not received any call or email. We are starting a new branch and need a printer moved to the new branch. This branch is opening in next week which means Nashua is probably going to inform me that they do not have enough time to move the printer.
