MALMOZA LOGISTICS has a maintenance contract with Nashua Boksburg . There was a request on 23 September to send a toner to our division in Brakpan . It has been 6 days and Nashua has failed to deliver after numerous calls and pleas by our technician . This is utterly outrageous services from an apparent leader in the industry .We are practically in neighboring towns . Time for a change .

Worst experience ever. After deciding to go with Nashua, given false information provided from their Rep, I cancelled part of contract, but they went ahead and installed the device informing my people that its part of printer installation, and eversince they just billed me for service on the router, needless to say, that there was up till today no connection password or communication was given, after I informed that I don't need the router service. So they just kept on debiting the account, and by month 4 there were amount debited to the value of R14000, where its suppose to be R3000k max. Had several calls, and explained, with 3 different people coming out, same story, and of all people, no one has returned. They sent a vehicle to pick up the printer in December, because no payment has further been made, but also no one has gotten back to me or resolved my issue, sending me a final statement in December of R1,200 due. Strangely I received a Written hand over letter that I will be handed over for R121,000. Rediculous. Phoned again. As usual, Waldie is always in a meeting, not they ever showed up for one of the meetings that was arranged since this nonsense started November 2023

things started of well with Nashua , now we have to call multiple different numbers to get copies of our settlement and copies of our contract. we have called Ruen our sales rep and he insists that he will not send our documentation until he has a meeting . following conversations with his Manager / branch manager we are still waiting . this is not what we expected . they are quick to sign you up but not around when we need help . i am disappointed. and now getting irritated with poor and ******* service

Nashua Vaal has been delaying the finalization of my husbands Estate. They have put a claim in against the estate. They have however collected all their equipment but they still want me to pay for the rental thereoff until the end of the contract. The contract was between them and my husband. the executor has requested a new settlement last year in September and they have not given any attention to this urgent matter up to this point in time. This is extremely poor customer service and I have no more patience with this pathetic way in which I am treated.

We signed a 5 year contract with nashua vaal for a printer. After investigating the invoice we realized that they have been increasing our yearly usage cost with more that 30% year on year. This heafty increase is nowhere in our contract and after phoning them twice now to please send me the contract where this has been signed fore we have had zero feedback from them. Last person we spoke to was Selinda on the 4th of this month, she was going to send me the contract which as the previous promise, never happened.

In December we have decided to switch from Thusano to Nashua. Biggest mistake ever. There we so many broken promises made. Today we have loadshedding and our phones keep braking up and clients cant hear us. We are a business, and cant afford this on a Friday. I phoned in that we are having trouble and I'm being told yes its because we dont have power, but we are running on a HUGE generator!!! Phone again, the lady tells me no one is in the office today! This is unacceptable, this is breaching of contract! Nashua does not give one ounce of worry for their clients!!

On 28/04/2016 i sent a email to Riette Botha at Nashua vaal On 03/05/2016 I sent a email again reminding her to please answer my first email On 03/05/2016 the afternoon I phoned Vaal Nashua to speak to Riette telephonicaly seeing that email comunication do not apply to Nasua Vaal. I was informed by Denise that Riette is currenly not in the office but will give her the message to phone me back urgently. Up to now I have still not received any call or email. We are starting a new branch and need a printer moved to the new branch. This branch is opening in next week which means Nashua is probably going to inform me that they do not have enough time to move the printer.

We had a complaint about our fax machine not working (not accepting or sending of faxes) we have reported this to Nashua a few times and yesterday 02/11/2015 they came to sort out this problem. After a long consultation and 3 Technicians standing around the machine, they disconnected the line from our PABX and connected it directly to our fax (after I asked them clearly that they did not bother with our lines and that everything is still the same as before they insured me that it is) and left with I must get a Telkom site inspection done and they will be here, to assist... but Since yesterday 02/11/2015 we have not received any calls and on investigation we discovered that your main telephone line was connected to the fax. (I have disconnected the line again). I phoned the Manager / Director after a long discussion with him I was told that it is not his problem if we lost work because of the line, it is my responsibility to give out my cellphone number to the clients if they could not reach me on the landline. I find this quite unethical and unacceptable seeing that we pay a lot of money for the PABX systems to work properly and that the landline is the core of every business.
