As a member of Discovery Vitality and Discovery Bank, I am quite irritated with the inconsistent response from the support team. When I recently wished to use the Discovery Vitality Travel portal to make travel arrangements, I was told to update my details with the bank, which I have done but the Travel portal does not allow a passenger to choose your name as per the passport, as recommended by the Travel industry. Due to my dual citizenship, the travel staff advised me to book using my EU passport as I will be travelling via the UK. The only difference between my names on my EU and SA passports is a switch in first names. Del*** Rod****** appears on the SA passport, while Rod***xx Del***x Lor***x appears on the EU passport. Bookings for Discovery Clients were previously handled by the Kulula team; this was never a problem; I would just email them to request a manual booking. However, Discovery Travel does not provide the choice. A similar issue was encounted two years 2022 ago when I previously travelled abroad, one would think that in 2024 there should be a solution, and I doubt my case is isolated as this is a common practice for Europe to not allow citizens to drop any names but South African Home Affairs only allow for three names.
I recently purchased sanding belts from Habitat Potch online. I used WhatsApp to confirm the price before placing my online order for that item and other goods totaling R828. Immediately after receiving my order, I received a informing me that the items were out of stock. I have now realized that the price had been misrepresented in the adverti*****t; it should have been for 1 unit, not 10 pieces. I should report issues like these to the National Consumer Commission or the Advertising Regulatory Board.

I just love this APP, so easy to use, and easily readable, and love that you can store all your documents online. I have been using this APP for a number of years and am still completely happy with it. Well Worth the money spent.
I bought some items on Black Friday promo ONLINE, the order was partially delivered by the earrings I bought were not delivered, the items I had bought as Christmas gifts were not delivered. I called on a few occasions and was promised the balance of my order was on its way. On the 23rd of Dec, my order was CANCELLED, the reason the item was not available, yet I could buy the item at a substantially higher price. I called on the 23rd Dec, spoke to Sindiswa after 45min call was promised the order to be reinstated, but then this was obviously just to end the call!!!! I then again called spoke to MIA on the 3rd January (ref no 1231609754), was promised a callback but again no service from Game Online. It's pathetic service and won't bother to buy again online. Attached are pictures of the items I bought on Black Friday vs the price expected to pay on 23rd Dec. Game ONLINE you are liars and false advertising items on the website!!!!!
