As a recent customer of MB / MD Construction, I must express my extreme disappointment with both their service and their after-sales support. Initially, we contacted MB/ MD Construction to install a Jojo tank. However, our experience quickly turned sour due to several issues. Firstly, the installation of the Jojo tank was done with incomplete materials, i.e concealer, covering wiring and more .Moreover, communication from their end severely lacking. On the day they were scheduled to return to rectify the incomplete installation, they failed to show up without any prior notice due to a broken car which does not justify the complete lack of communication, leaving us feeling disregarded and disrespected as customers. To make matters worse, we discovered a leakage shortly after the installation. Despite reporting the issue and being assured that they would be addressed, MB / MD Construction failed to follow through. Promises of a Thursday, 28 March visit went unfulfilled, with no apologies or explanations provided. Overall, our experience with MB / MD Construction has been incredibly disappointing. Their shoddy workmanship, poor communication, and failure to honor commitments have left us dissatisfied and frustrated. I cannot in good conscience recommend MB Construction to others, and I urge potential customers to exercise caution when engaging their services. To date, we have not received our warranty which I explicitly said they should sent through once the job is completed. REMIND ME AGAIN TO NEVER SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS Disappointed customer in Midrand
I have a debit order that was set to go off on the 20th of every month. Why did they debit my last petrol money on the 19th December, without notifying me. ??? Had the debit order bounced ? Who is liable for that charge ?? This is pure nonsense. Change your ways
This company will start working on a new job for another customer before completing yours. they prioritise their customers based on the highest quote. I am very disappointed
It's unfortunate I had to use this platform to get answers. From being given wrong marks, mistreated, not to mention that they also misplaced my honours report. if it wasn't on the mails iv sent to them as proof, I would be repeating my research report. After marking it, they told me I can only graduate with the next group in Dec. To my surprise, everyone received their graduation invitations except me. one of the ladies at switchboard told me I missed my graduation, I mean when and how? when was I invited ? MANCOSA wants to rob me my moment to shine, after all the hard studying and sleepless nights, all they want to do is send me qualification ?? Getting through to any department is a mission ( except for collections dept). To be Honest, I would never recommend this institution to anyone, let alone their expensive fees. I need someone to call me and tell when they are sending me an initiation to MY graduation
im so so disgusted with your service. I requested and paid for my parcel on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday. they don't answer their phones and emails. ********** I'm not happy with you. I had to spoil the surprise by telling my partner to wait a lil longer at the office for the delivery. its his last day at work today. I need answers asap ref ********** 04 you are quick to advertise your specials but cant deliver. unhappy paying customer :-(

I got a notification of a sup exam on the close of business of the application of remark deadline and this was not sufficient notice for me to apply for a remark and I feel that it is unfair as I’m not even allowed to speak to the head or any superior to address this matter. I’ve been taken from pillar to post and no one wants to give me answers.</p> <p>why am I being treated like I don’t pay ?? why was I not even notified on time on the remark closing dates? is this how want to just force me to repeat the module and pay your institution for business to get it going??????? I’m so disgusted of your service and incompetent staff members who don’t even know what they are doing. this is my 2nd if not 3rd complaint since I bought my kia rio in November 2015. my last recent complaint was with my spare key and was only resolved after pushing and fighting them and until I wrote to hello peter. on Tuesday, I took my car in for service and they had to change the front wheel bearing which I don't understand why a "new" car would have such problems so prematurely. they never call to update me instead I follow up like they doing me a favour. no one wants to take accountability and responsibility, no one wants to commit, no one can tell me their turn around time until i discovered that kia centurion did their part and just waiting for kia Kenilworth to send them proof of payment. my kids have been off school since i took the car in and they don't even want to listen when i suggest a curtsey car. im dissatisfied with this kind of customer service and i demand answers. i need that car released before end business TODAY 05/05/2016.
