I woule like to extend my appreciation to Ryan and the Canal Walk branch for the excellent and professional service he and his team has given my husband and I. On three separate occasions Ryan has helped us make a purchase and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and did so in such a polite and professional manner. It is for that reason we keep coming back to your store. Thank you
<p>I am so disappointed and unhappy about the service I have received from partners hair design and their head office.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to get my hair done at the V&A branch, I was quoted R1400 for an experienced stylist and then booked my hair for the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went back to the stylist who assisted me and showed him an image of what I would like, he showed this image to other stylists and all said it will be beautiful, then told me my hair is going to be R1600. I asked him what it was for and he said my it’s the fee for experienced stylists, I said okay and I was there for 4hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the style, all the other stylists were telling him what to do and how to style. He seemed very unsure of what he was doing. At the end of the procedure my hair was different shades of yellow and white, my ends broken and co****.</p> <p>I paid and went on my way, I got in touch with Lewis Thomas who I understand is in charge of all the Partner hair design salons, I told him the story and he had the branch manager of V&A contact me. This branch manager Dominique was so rude over the phone, she doesn’t notice that right next to her a customer is being over charged and that they completely messed up my hair. You would think that managers lead by example.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted Lewis again and said I don’t want to go do my hair at Partners as I don’t trust them, he said I need to go to the canal walk branch and get my hair fixed by someone there, so now I must travel to them, to get my hair fixed because they refuse to give me my money back.</p> <p>I called their head office today and spoke to the manager at the call centre, Lesley. She spoke to me like I was trash on the phone, screaming and telling me how she will not give me product to fix my hair almost in a “well what am I supposed to do” kind of tone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called her back 5min later and said I will go back to Partners in Canal Walk and get my hair done by an experienced stylist but I want take home product so that my hair can get back to the way it was before I had them do my hair. She refused to even converse properly with me about my experience, she told me I can’t go to canal walk I need to go back to the V&A store, which is extremely far from where I live. This is not proper customer service or even how someone from a company head office should treat clients. And I wonder what the shareholders of this company would say when they find out what goes on in the stores. The call centre manager Lesley has no clue about what customer service is and the partners brand doesn’t know where their customers work and how the staff and employees of PARTNERS are damaging their brand themselves. Instead of understanding their customer and assisting in giving me my refund or at least then agree to give me product for home care after I agreed to go back, they are too consumed by their egos and arrogance</p>
<p>I visited your Menlyn brach today and i must say i am very disappointed in your staff at the branch. There where 3 ladies sitting behind the counter talking, none achnowledge me or assisted me but they looked me in the face, i went deeper into the store and another lady passed me, talking on the phone, swearing. this was clearly a personal call. She did not greet me or assisted me. I came there to spend money and was looking for some assistance, is this what customer service looks like in your company? I can assure you that i will now take my business elsewhere. </p>
I am very disappointed in your practice's service. This is not what anyone should ever experience going to any doctor practice. I had to pay an admin fee for no reason as i had to fill in my own papers and fill in my own yellow file while the receptionist talks on her cellphone. I went to this dental practice in Mooikloof on the 20th of April 2016 to seek help with removing my wisdom tooth in the chair, in my consultation she took an X-ray and confirmed that she can do the job. She then proceeded to tell me to decide on a date within one week and book an appointment at the reception. The dentist then told me to buy medicinal mouth mash and start using right away so that i do not have any inflammation when it gets to the removal date. A few days before my appointment the doctor mailed me through a letter stating i am going for a small dental surgery and need to be booked off. I then proceeded to book sick leave and made the necessary arrangements at work. For days until my appointment the reception sent me reminders to remember my appointment on the 28.04.16. But on the 28.04.16, two hours before i go for my appointment- the reception phones me to say i am not having this dental surgery done but can come fetch a sick note for the day. With no proper explanation, the reception said that they were waiting for feedback from a dental surgeon before and they feel i should rather go to a surgeon. My mother, that has worked with a dental surgeon called the practice of Dr L Joubert and asked what this is all about-the dentist (Dr L Joubert) said that she finds herself un fit to do the procedure. I had already made all the arrangements and done all the expenses that i was told to do, i could not move anything around two hours before my procedure. I had to call every dentist and dental surgeon at this time to find someone fit to assist me, when i called the practice of Dr L Joubert to ask for my x ray, they did mot send it after they told me that they will. I had to drive out to the practice and ask for the X-ray again, i still did not come right. I waited the whole day and the whole next morning for this x-ray and had to call them yet again just to get assistance with this! This is extremely unprofessional and extremely poor service from a dental practice in Mooikloof.
