I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Hyundai Wonderboom. I took my Hyundai i20 Motion in for its 120,000 km service, with the expectation that the work would be carried out to a high standard, particularly as this is an authorized Hyundai dealership and the brand owner. Upon collecting my vehicle, I immediately noticed a strong fuel smell inside the car. At the time, I assumed the smell would dissipate after driving the vehicle. However, three days later the issue persisted. I then contacted the service department and was advised to bring the vehicle back for inspection by service Manager (Eric). I comp**** with this instruction, and the vehicle was kept for approximately two hours while the issue was investigated. Unfortunately, when the vehicle was returned to me, the fuel smell was still present. When I queried this, I was informed that there was nothing further they could do and that this was simply how the model was designed. As a result, the vehicle has become very unpleasant to drive due to the persistent fuel smell inside the cabin. I am no longer able to enjoy driving my car, which is extremely disappointing. This is especially concerning given that I paid over R5,000 for the service. I am deeply dissatisfied with both the quality of the service provided and the manner in which my concerns were addressed, and I believe this matter warrants further attention.
The service i received from ABSA life insurance is so horrible. I requested to cancel a policy with them, they asked to write a cancelation letter, a certified copy of ID and policy schedule which i did attached all those three documents in one email. To my surprise they told me they only got ID copy and i asked them how possible that three attachments in one email but they only received one. The worse part they keep me on the phone for more than 75 minutes but still they fail to resolve my request. The request and documents was sent to them on 31/10/2024 till now I'm still waiting for them to cancel the policy. A VERY BAD SERVICE FROM ABSA
Someone call me from insurance department telling me that I must up grade my funeral policy or cancel my policy because FNB is getting rid of all old cover to new cover. I tell him i can't afford their new offer so i ask him to cancel my policy which He did not till today. I guess he was just want to get sales through lies. Very worse experience.
