Incorrect re-application of debt review flag and now wants to make it my problem!
They removed my debt review as instructed by my debt counsellors. Then they just put it back onto my report after 6 months. They refuse to now remove it and want to get another removal certificate from my debt counsillors... I dont know how you can remove it, i take on new debt and then, just put it back on incorrectly and then refuse to remove debt review from 2016!!!!!!! I will escalate this matter as this is ******** and prejudicing me! My dispute reference is : SJpRqr3Ck0

Sinaye was very helpful with changing my plan
Sinaye was very helpful with changing my plan. she called back like she said she would, on the times she promised! Very pleased to have dealt with her in this instance. She also went out of her way to assist me! I hope that the cancellation of my current router goes as well as the change in my plan to a new router went!

Definitely a wise move!!
I used Faffy Duc transport service. they were very punctual and took good care of my goods and communication was good. i would definitely use Wise move again in the future to get quotes for service!
