Kak products, kak aftersales service, kak company. I bought an inverter 4 days ago, it went faulty and they are unwilling to exchange it! I now have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to be repaired. What am I supposed to do in the meantime when it is load shedding?! Avoid this unethical company at all costs!!
If I could give zero, or less, it would have been. Most unethical bunch of crooks I ever dealt with; and it starts from top management.
What a useless and rude bunch of idiots!!! I purchased a once of data bundle, and more than an hour later, it still did not show on the dashboard. When trying their online chat service, a person named Londiwe simply disconnected the chat without even attempting to assist. And the 081180 service???? What "Service"??!! I cannot wait for my contract to end with this ****ty company!!!
This company advertises by interviewing apparent customers on TV. One such advert is about a lady that had three accidents in a few months' period, and MiWay apparently paid out every time. This is absolute bull****. This company threatened to cancel my insurance and "blacklist" me, when I claimed for 3 occurrences in a 4 month period; so please don't believe a word these crooks say on TV.

Contacted their call center to update my policy details. Chris Bell was fast, efficient and friendly. Their premiums are also excellent!
I called this "company" to have someone align my dish. The guy, who could not pronounce his name well, told me that someone would be there at about 12:00. This was too late for me and I phoned someone else, who came and did the job within an hour. I sent this guy from michaels a SMS stating that I came right and not to come. 12:40 they they rock up and I told them that I do not need their services anymore. They then told me that I must pay a call out fee of R400! I refused stating that I did cancel the appointment, upon which they threatened me, stating that the office team will be at my house in less than 45 minutes and "they will make me pay". The technician also refused to leave and parked in front of my gate. I eventually had to get the armed response company AND pay them R200 to leave!! AVOID USING THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS, AS IT IS GOING TO COST YOU; EVEN MORE THAN YOU THINK.
