From the day that Linda phoned me after asking for quotation, she impressed me. Linda and Allan really goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. No job or problem is ever to big for them. Linda gives constant feedback on progress while Allan is onsite making sure everything goes smoothly putting the customer's needs and expectations first. I liked their payment option where you pay in sections so you don't worry about paying a deposit an they run away with your money. Thank you, I wish there were more people like you!

<p>I have a policy with Outsurance and so does my parents and in the 3 years that we have been customers, I have never had any bad service. Today it was just proven once again that they are the best! I logged a emergency case 746997 this morning and the electrician was at the house within an hour. Good Day Today I want to give you guys a compliment. I want to say well done for so many reasons. First of all, I have made quite a couple of photobooks with you in the past. Never had any problems. In the past it use to take about 2 to 3 weeks to get my book and I had to collect from Parkview, which is about half an hour away from me. that was never really a problem. I submitted my book (which was my wedding album) on Wednesday. Thursday you let me know that my book was already done! Wow! Plus you couriered it to my free of charge. This is fantastic. Canon has also now launched their own photobook software. I am a big canon supporter and have only Canon cameras. So, I thought let me also give them a try. I mean, They are Canon! Leaders in the photographic department and they make their own printers. So, I thought this book is going to blow me away… so, after I received your mail about my book, I also queried with them where are my Canon book since I already submitted a week back and their promised it will take 3 days… so, apparently the book is there and they forgot to let me know. May I also add that I have to pay a R60 delivery fee.. So, today I very excitedly opened both books. The Canon one was first. I have never been so disappointed!! The quality is horrific. The photos and everything is grainy. The paper is so thick and hard and the sides are uneven. The colours are all off and looks reddish? I saw from the front page already that I was not going to be happy. The saddest part is this was going to be a surprise for my grandmother for mother’s day. The book was showcasing her 90th birthday. I can’t give it to her like this. It reflects bad on my work. Then I must also add that even though their software is very similar to yours, it is just not as user-friendly and the photos don’t fit so well in the blocks. So, the book does not look as professional. So, I am so sorry about my long mail. Just wanted to actually thank you for a fantastic product and a job very well done as usual. Keep up the good work!
