I stupidly ordered a chopping board online from this company. R499. After sending numerous emails. I finally got a response that there was a problem with the supply of my product (This is basically ALL they sell) and they offered me a voucher towards my next order. Promised delivery on Monday 22nd. Today is Thursday - I have repeatedly emailed and asked for feedback, and now finally a refund. I have been ignored. Not apologies. No delivery. This company takes your money and does NOT deliver. Stay away. They offer free nationwide delivery because they have no intention of delivering!
I ordered a green cutting board from this company on the 12th March. I emailed them on the 18th March requesting feedback on my order. On the 19th March I was told that there was a "problem" with my order and that it would be dispatched on the 22nd March. They even offered me R150 off my next purchase. Ha! On the 24th March I again requested feedback as my order still showed that it had not been dispatched. I was ignored. I asked for a refund yesterday. I was ignored. I asked for a refund today and I was ignored. I have since reported this company to my bank for a reversal and to Payfast. This company clearly takes your money and has no intention of delivering.
Mary Westermeyer from Ooba Durban North deserves to be praised for her amazing service and "never give up" attitude. She fought long and hard with us to get our bond, took my phonecalls (one with me crying in frustration) answered all my emails and all while remaining calm and professional! I could not recommend her services enough! Thank you Mary.
If I could give you zero stars I would. Our house registered on Monday. After a long and stressful 9 months. Have we heard from the Agent Beverley Hogg from Harcourts Ballito? Well not since May. The treatment (I can't call it service because there was NONE) was absolutely astounding. Don't use Harcourts Ballito if you are thinking of buying or selling a home. Rather act on your own and save the whack in commission you end up paying someone for doing absolutely nothing. The joy of getting our dream home after months of stress..... and not even a Whatsapp from the agent? Wow!
We recently used Brogan and Olive attorneys, specifically Suzette Ratcliffe and Laurian Pullock, to assist us in the sale of our property. This power team went above and beyond what we expected from conveyancers. They were the most effective, rational, helpful and outstanding role players in what turned out to be a nightmare transaction. Coupled with an hysterical client (me) I cannot recommend these ladies enough!
Wish I had read Hello Peter before ordering. Ordered online on the 10th September 2018. Paid for courier. 10 days later, no response to numerous emails and no order shipped. Have reported them to Payfast. Don't waste your time and money. Clearly they have a reputation for taking money and not delivering.
If I could give you zero stars I would. I booked and paid my 50% deposit on the 4th June for removal on the 1st July 2018. Confirmed TRUCK and start time 9am. On Thursday double confirmed. Yes truck will be there at 9am. 9am comes....9:15am comes...I phone. Oh...busy on a job in Kloof..be there at 11am. Freaked out because we were moving 35km away and needed to get the house empty and cleaned out for the new owners. 11am comes. 11:15am comes. Phonecall to say the guys are leaving Springfield Park now. 12:06pm 3 guys arrive in a 1 tonner with a trailer. To move a 3 bedroom house and granny flat and double garage. WORST attitude ever. First thing they do is pick up the couch, walk it straight into the door and rip it. We send them on their way. Phone Shaun back and he tells me that I must understand the truck had a breakdown. Now a mad scramble at 1pm on a Sunday to try and find a removal company to move us. Guess what? On our way up the highway with loaded cars and trailers etc.. we see the Unishaun truck chugging along to take the Springfield Park offramp. So I guess he double booked and the other people got the truck. The stress of moving is bad enough, without having an UNRELIABLE company drop you on moving day. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I ordered my shoes in January. In March I followed up and that's when the "fun" started. Frank Botha, who is the owner Petro's husband, got beligerent, threatening and downright RUDE. They have a "company policy" where delivery takes basically forever. According to Frank I would receive my shoes in August because you don't count public holidays and weekends, so technically 8 months....my wedding is in 5 days. In comes Petro...trying to do damage control.....promises to send Frank on a customer relations course, promised my shoes by last weekend so the ladies could wear them in? Guess what? NO SHOES...Wedding in 5 days. Told them I would report them to the ombudsman. Got an email from Frank this morning: "</p> <p>Dear Hayley</p> <p> </p> <p>Please go to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman. You have already damaged our brand on hellopeter.com, clearly THAT has been your modus operandi for a while.</p> <p> </p> <p>Frank Botha</p> <p> </p> <p> They will not refund you. They offer 50% in STORE CREDIT?? (for non-existent shoes??) and no refund on the delivery fee of R150? For undelivered shoes. <br /><br />Before you buy from this company do your homework...believe the other complaints. Don't throw your money away. </p>
<p>I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids in January thinking there would be more than enough time as my wedding is in June. Don't be fooled. Their "terms and conditions" are 120 working days from date of payment. Don't bother contacting Frank or Irma and try and reason with them - they threaten you with lawyers and spam you with harassing and belligerent emails. Even though they knew my wedding was in June they confirmed yesterday delivery of the shoes to be August. So if you want to wait 8 months for shoes go ahead. And don't even try and cancel....again their "terms and conditions" state that you are only entitled to a store credit of 50% of the value of the order. Less the R150 delivery fee....for goods that would never be delivered???? Really, for a start up company their approach to customer service leaves much to be desired. I sincerely hope no other bride is left as disappointed and let down as I am. </p>
<p>I ordered goods on the 28th November. Items were dispatched and I received them (luckily....because reading other reports people are not even getting their orders). <br />My order still shows as "dispatched" and I therefore cannot return the items. I have emailed. I have Facebooked, I have phoned. They pick up and sit and say nothing. I can hear the background noise and the person breathing. This is honestly THE WORST customer service. I sit with clothes I don't want to wear and can't return because the system has to update my order before I can return the items.</p>
