Shocking experience. Place an order for electric blanket control. Discovered the blacket was faulty thus burning out the controller. Cancelled the order via there website the next day. Asked for an upgrade to a full blacket. They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. when i eventually get hold of them the guy states its already shipped its my problem. I refused delivery and its been returned to Snatcher. Still no refund. What a shocking company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I posted a package counter to door from Postnet uMhlanga Ridge. Two week later it was not delivered. The package was delivered to Postnet Meadowdale instead of to door. The charge to door is double that of counter to counter. Two weeks later I flew to JHB, collected the package myself from Postnet Meadowdale and delivered it myself. The service was not carried out. I asked for a refund. I get an email instructing me to go to Postnet uMhlanga Ridge. On the 6 December 2019 I visited their store. uMhlanga Ridge refused to do the refund as they needed to confirm with head office. I have no issue with them confirming. I have sent a few email subsequently, nobody bothers to reply. I am still waiting for Umhlanga ridge to contact me. Pathetic service and non-performance.
If you don’t want to get ripped off don’t use them. When they come to repair there poor workmanship they bill you for the repair.

<p>Its a pity you can't load picture, picture speak louder than words. The vehicle was tail ended by an individual who claims that his brakes failed? Claim was reported to Discovery. Vehicle went in to Discovery approximately 10 Weeks ago. Only to discover it was logged onto the incorrect policy number. Eventually after weeks of battling to get the vehicle fix and looking for ever excuse in the book, from you have a C1 licence and you lied on your application therefore we refuse to repair. We going to back date your premium for 5 years for incorrect licence code. We are cancelling the policy for excessive claim, hello second claim only and first one was another vehicle spinning out on the freeway in the rain? Having to prove that the driver had a B licence and the policy holder has a B and C1. We finally get a call that the vehicle is ready and they still were trying to push high excess due to licence code C1 . Go to collect it the vehicle and the drivers door is badly pushed in, the wheels are wreaked, rims, major damage to the vehicle. We have the their photo's, when the vehicle was received into the lot, to prove the damage occurred in their yard. Broker tells you to suck it up and pay another excess??? We did not take deliver of the vehicle..............2 weeks go by and still nothing............ left messages for the individual Charlene Davids from Discovery to contact me......................i am still waiting............is this what discovery is about?</p> <p>How disgusting...................</p>
