This company has not got the ability to properly diagnose Audis. They replace all ports the scanner picks up and end of the day its your ECU and you left with massive costs
I have sent an emai l complaint to Hollard regarding a TV claim I had in 2016 but received no response yet. I had a TV claim last year and was given a new TV from Caldis cape town, I was told by them I needed to pay my TV license so I paid them with my bank card as they said they could pay this for me. Now over a year later, I get a letter from SABC that my TV license was never paid and is now R1400 in arrears. So, number1, Caldiz gave me a TV ileagally, number 2, they stole my money, number 3, Hollard is not responing. Please assist in resolving this issue ASAP
I switched to Discovery GAP in July this year as my wife is pregnant, I was told they will cover all her 3rd trimester gynae visits, we have now started claiming for the consults and now we are being told because we have no savings left that they cannot process any claims as its not a shortfall????? How is that if logical? That is MY saving and wether or not I have left should have NOTHING to do with a GAP claim. The fact that if there was funds you would have paid is plain stupidity, you basically telling not to use my savings if I want to claim from GAP???? STUPID product!!! so sorry I left my previous GAP company, will leave DIscovery GAP and NOT recommend them to anyone
last night a panic alarm was triggered on my alarm, Chubb armed response took over 25 minutes to arrive and this was after 9PM. The response time would have been of no use should there have been an home invasion. this is a blatent breach of SLA between Chubb and myself

<p>Vodacom was very quick to approve my contract on 1 December 2016 and promised me I`ll recieved the device before 6 December 2016. Its now 7 December 2016 and I havent had a call from Confirmations even. I`ve been given the run around my numerous call centre agents who are ALL unable to assist me, I`m told Confirmations cant accept calls???? What **** is that? Please follow suite with your service with regards to delivery, dont dissappoint a client as soon as you got the sale, that is just VERY poor service and will slow but surely deter clientele...</p>
<p>Discovery fuel rewards is pathetic, you get told over the phone you will get 25% of your fuel spend back only to find out later that they can also pay you 25% of your DQ points whicg was NEVER EVER explained to me. So now for one month, I spent R1400 on fuel and got 725 DQ points I still get R180 back because 725 is lower my than my fuel spend...</p>
