If I could give less than zero stars I would, this option should actually be available - they are not even worth a speckle in the Universe! Cons, ******* and *****sters! Take your money and then never ever hear from them again! They don't even bother to respond to ANY EMAILS - only email you get is ''order confirmed'' and that your order will be delivered with COURIER GUY within 3- 4 business days and then after that ZILCH! NOTHING! They have ZERO MORALS!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ****MERS! I speak from Personal Experience, wish I had done proper research on them prior to paying! But this is how we learn, the HARD WAY! I will report on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SITES TO ENSURE THEY GET TAKEN DOWN - IF WE AS THE CONSUMERS DON'T STOP ****MERS AND *****STERS LIKE THESE, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO **** AND WITHOUT ANY REMORSE TAKE PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY AND POCKET IT WITHOUT ANY GUILT WHATSOEVER! Platforms for payments such as Shopify and Paypal should do better credit check on scammers!! These idiots have scammed alot of people including myself - I ordered thigh master special from them on the 12th of August (paid via Paypal R607.49) and on the 17th I got an email saying order being processed, on its way! yeah right! We are now on the 6th of September and now everything has been deactivated!! That is unfortunately now the problem with this pandemic - people will be taken advantage of as everything is mostly online and now FRAUD will become even more rife!! There must be a way that social media such as Facebook can improve on their security checks as well as payment platforms need to improve on their security checks - suppliers need harsher security checks and verifications to allow them to sell products to customers online - rather stick to what we know and only buy from reputable websites such as Takealot, Amazon etc And also remember the saying: ''If it is too good to be true, IT DEFINITELY IS! Be Safe, More Vigilant as the world is full of Scam Artists that has No Dignity or any Conscience as they are too Self absorbed to care about others. What we put out into the Universe will be reciprocated - PLEASE NOTE SCAMMERS - KARMA WILL FIND YOU AND YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!!!
Aadil of Cell time is a Gem, efficient, friendly and swift, immaculate service and great product. I was stunned with how fast the delivery was and he communicated the status and progress of my order. Such customer service is rare and such a delight to know we still have such wonderful customer service out there, thank you so much, I am truly grateful for the wonderful service. I finally managed to get hold of Mweb after having tried for sometime now and am extremely pleased with the service I received today. Just want to extend my utmost sincere gratitude to Zahid (hope spelling is correct) in Accounts as well as Mzi in Technical support for their swift, efficient and friendly service. Thank you for going the extra mile, your kind support and assistance is highly appreciated. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days but you both have restored my confidence in Mweb and customer services, thank you, keep up the Stellar service :)
Mweb customer care DOES NOT deserve even a one star!! Dialing their number 087 700 0777, following the voice prompts until have to press 1 to confirm the details, then can't get past that, keeps saying ''you did not make a valid selection'' - SERIOUSLY????!! Soooo frustrating as I need urgent Technical Support but cannot speak to one living soul as cannot get past the confirmation prompt - even reported on the website but been almost 2 weeks now STILL NOTHING, no response BUT can send me automated mail saying I am over quota but yet cannot respond to my request for technical support??? Can't even get through to Mweb Sales either! Truly shocking and extremely such a Big Let down - will not recommend using Mweb at all!!
UNBELIEVEABLE!!! This order was ordered and paid for on the 10th of December, after which I received an email that I would receive my order no later than the 13th of December. Got a sms confirming delivery for 12th December before 5 pm, but nothing was received, however I received on the morning of 13th December delivery would happen that same day as there was a delay, my order was shipped from Main warehouse in Joburg to incorrect branch in Randburg but was rescheduled to go out that same day, but nothing was received. I then called in and was informed that it was at the Northwold branch, being attended to for delivery out to Randburg and I would receive it before the 15th. Called in again on Thursday the 14th reminding we were closing on the 15th and still no order received?! Was informed I it is scheduled out for delivery and I would receive it by the 15th. We were here until 5 pm, still nothing!! I received an sms on Friday saying delivery was now scheduled for Monday the 18th. I called in early, the consultant informed me that the person that could assist with the whereabouts of the driver was on a tea-break and she would revert back to me. 2 hours later I was called and told the driver has 34 other deliveries, so whereabouts was not exactly confirmed and or whether he would be making his way to me any time soon and I must sit around and wait on Takealot delivery whilst I am supposed to make my way to the doctor soon ??!! Their moto of "our smile guarantee - we are only happy if you are happy?" That does not ring true whatsoever judging by my experience with them! I have been inconvenienced since the 12th of December and still my order is not priorised???! Takealot delivery is using Mr D who is also delivering food at the same time as my order?? So I am guessing food takes priority? Their lack of professionalism, lack of efficient delivery service of this particular order especially when it is in same region (Randburg) and can't even get my order to me from 12th of December and we are now on the 18th of December!! Lack of customer satisfaction, not making any severe efforts to absolutely try and make up for this inconvenience and still prioritise other orders above mine, says a lot about their so called serenity and truth behind "smile guarantee" - it takes a lot to keep my cool and have lost my cool and voice now! Truly pathetic, unprofessional and unacceptable, I am extremely disappointed and will not make use of you ever again, Takealot has taken a lot out of me, my faith in them and I will no longer make use of Takealot - thanks for ruining the holiday spirit and for messing up my calendar schedule, having to wait on you since the 12th of December and every single day since then with pathetic same old excuses!!! I will no longer wait on you and will not be put in this position ever again!! Good riddens!!! You can now refund me for my order!!! I just hope and wish that everyone else out there has not or will not experience what I have been - truly unpleasant and so disappointing!!! (Not even worth 1 star rating!!) :( Wishing everyone else out there a Safe, Blessed and Most Wonderful holiday without any pre-stress (ptsd) xmas orders β₯
