I was contacted by Telkom mobile in December 2017 regarding a contract for the internet. The total cost was R749. this took place on the 15th of December 2017. I had a deduction on the 22nd of December 2017 for R55 and this month from them and I see the same deductions have taken place. When searching the internet on these deductions i see it fraud because I never gave permission for them to deduct these. I want my MONEY back. Scammers.

When searching the internet on these deductions i see it fraud because I never gave permission for them to deduct these. I want my MONEY back. Scammers.
I was contacted by Telkom mobile in December 2017 regarding a contract for the internet. The total cost was R749. this took place on the 15th of December 2017. On the 22nd of December total cost of R323 was deducted from my account for the following: Debtdoctor, Bundeltc, Safe base, Sos Squadmt and Tectrance. At that time Telkom mobile have not done any deductions. Then I had a deduction this month from them and I see the same deductions have taken place. When searching the internet on these deductions i see it fraud because I never gave permission for them to deduct these. I am going to my bank today.
In April 2016 I did an upgrade on my cellphone. I did receive 2 phones and was told that one will be uploaded with R200 every month and the other phone will be uploaded with 500mb. As I have WI FI at home I did not check the balance of the date before I needed it on the 10th of May 2016. When I wanted to use the data given to me there was nothing available. I called Vodacom and they informed me that 568mb showed on their system. I said my phone shows 0mb. After many phone calls and going to telepage this problem still has not been resolved. When I phoned vodacom on Thursday 12 May 2016 they told me the data has been depleated. I said I wanted proof because I have proof on my phone that my data usage with vodacom only shows 685kb. The person at Vodacom said they will e-mail me the proof. Up to today I have not received any e-mail from Vodacom.
