<p>I don't know much about cars. I rely on a Midas employee's knowledge. I asked for shocks and tyrot ends for a Ford Fiesta 2004 1.6. He gave them to me. My mechanic then drove 50km away to his workshop only to realise they're the incorrect parts. Now he has to come back to Midas, get the right parts, drive back to his workshop and then drive my car back to my house once he has fixed the car. That is 100 km that is a wasted trip that I didn't budget for or have time for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am absolutely livid. I want something done about this please.</p> <p> </p>

I am trying to get hold of Outsurance, but they don't seem to care about actually calling back. I have been a client for quite a few years now, but I just can't get a call back. I have requested a call back via the website numerous times. No response. I call the contact centre and ask the operator to call me back. NO RESPONSE!!! He just completely ignored my request. I want to take out new insurance, but why should I when a loyal customer gets nothing back. Outsurance is happy to take my money, but not happy to provide customer service. Disappointing!!!!!!!!!
