Water cuts and funky smelling room
My experience at Road lodge Rustenburg was awful. The room had a funky smell, the bed was uncomfortable. On Saturday morning while taking a shower the was a sudden water cut. I went to the reception to enquire about the water and was then informed that it was the municipality which cut the water and they don't know how long it will take for the water in their water tanks to reach the lodge taps.

BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE
<p>On the 16 March 2016 we received a an sms saying that we have illegally connected electricity in our flat which is not true.we went to the municipality offices on the 18 March 2016 and got a print out that said we owe them for the aforementioned connection.we we're told told to make an affidavit stating that we didn't.We then requested evidence of same to prove their allegations but they failed to produce same and now we are sitting at a debt of R 17 000.00 that can't be proven.The person who has been communicating with us is Nyelisani Sebatha.We are being robbed in day light!</p>

Frustrated by the service received from the post office
<p> On the 28 April 2016 I went to the Post office in 334 Schoeman street Pretoria,I went there to post a document using there speed service courier.The lady who was assisting me didn't give me a form to write the contact details of the recipient and I thought that is how things are done.After two days we called the person who were sending the documents to but she had not received them.we tried tracking the documents on line using there tracking service but it didn't help.We then went to the post office to inquire about same we're told that they couldn't find the person and that our documents are being couriered back to Pta but till today May 2016 we have note received our documents and we are still given the run ! </p>

BAD SERVICE AT STANDARD BANK PRETORIA CBD
<p>My friends and I went to the above mentioned bank to open a group account.we arrived there at 9am and only got attended to at 12pm and we're told that our documents we're incomplete and they couldn't assist us.The said part is that someone did check our documents when we arrived and he said we had everything they required to open a group account.</p>
