Will NEVER see me again!!! Went to take photos for a visa. The one I needed digitally they sent me one scewe one where the wall next to me was visible and half of my body as well. Any fool can see that it is NOT a photo needed for a visa, Id or passport!!! Poor Service Indeed
I want EVERYONE out there to be pay attention to do business with HSC. I bought a suit at their store which I returned 4 days later in exact the same condition as I received it with the invoice, all the tags and even the plastic that was over the garment. I explained to the saleslady what my problem was and she promised me that she would resell it within a week and I should not stress anylonger. The manager Mercia REFUSED to refund me. After NUMEROUS whatsapp conversations she always had one excuse after the other. She agreed eventionally to pay me back but till today I have not received ONE CENT. BE careful before buying anything from the House if Superior Clothing as their service is NOT AS SUPERIOR!!! The Manager does nit understand any reason and is not reliable and even not friendly to her clients as one should expect from a shop like hers.
<p>I went to Moreletapark Debonairs and explained the insident I had at Elarduspark yesterday. Although I paid online and Elarduspark received the money the Manager at Moreletapark helped me in a very professional manner and within a VERY short time I received my order!!! WOW you are great ... I could eat steaming hot pizza once I got home.</p> <p>If it weren't for staff like at Moreletta I would DEFINITELY never ever order pizza from Debonairs again. Something urgently has to be done at Elarduspark otherwise Debonairs will loose a lot of customers.</p> <p>Moreletapark you are tops if I could I would rate you with 10 stars as this is not the first time we have received outstanding service!!!</p>
<p>Yesterday evening I had an incident that was truely HORRIBLE. I was on my own and ordered a pizza special online. We phone Moreletapark Debonairs quite often and never exeperienced any problems whatsoever. I chose the same branch to order but for some or other reason my order went through to Elarduspark and that is where the nightmare began. My payment including a tip for the delivery person was deducted and I was informed via sms that they received it. This wat 18:34. A while after that I received the following email: </p> <p>Hi Carmen,</p> <p>Your order has been received by Debonairs Pizza Elarduspark ( ********** 945/75).</p> <p>Enjoy your meal!</p> <p>The Debonairs Pizza team</p> <p>As it was Friday I knew I would wait longer than usual and carried on with my work. At 21:00 I was so hungry and walked to the outside just for incase the person had difficulty in finding our house. I got tired and cold and scared and went inside again.</p> <p>At 21:30 phoned them with a woman that had clearly NO telephone etiquette and just answered with a JELLO. I told her what my problem was and she called the Manager - David. Again I had to explain and he immediately knew of what order I was talking about an even mentioned the street name straight away and explained that the driver got stuck but assured me that he was now on his way and would deliver any moment. Again I waited. </p> <p>At 21:54 I called again and was greeted with a Jello and waited for David. Now all of a sudden he said he had not received my order and that all his staff have left but he will call me back in a moment. At 22:10 still no call and I decided to eat bread as I was now starving and extremely tired.</p> <p>Up to now I have heard nothing and my money is gone!!! Debonairs was our favourite Pizza place but this changed every thing. I hope to hear something ASAP!!!!!!</p>
<p>I could write a book on our experience with CSI Rentals since the passing on of our mother 93 in April 2016. First of all my mothers flatlet was spotless when we were taking all her belongings out. The inspector took foto's of small piece of paint on the door I fixed while he was still there and said he would rectify it when sending the report as with the other "faults" on his list. I signed the inspection paper with trust that he would do as promised which never hapened. We received an account of R1100 for damages!!!!! They even charged us for a small new plastic hook for kitchen which I think everybody needs. A bathroom plug that was damaged by THEIR appointed plum ber after having to report it 3 times they were now charging us R150. We fixed it @ R30 although it was not our fault. How on earth can a 93 year old lady damage a plug? After lots of discussions this was rectified on the account! They charge us R1718 for marketing although it did not even take them a month to find new tenants. R800 for 1 - 4 May pro rata rent??? We removed everything and why is it now our problem if the new tenants only moved in by the 5th?? Please people think more than twice before signing that contract as they are very eager to get you in but the service and costs afterwards have no words to describe</p>
