I recently had to file an insurance claim after an accident, and I was incredibly impressed with how efficiently and professionally everything was handled. The team immediately wanted to send someone to assist me, ensuring that I was well taken care of during a stressful time. Dean Naidoo and Vanessa Jooste of Integrisure were especially awesome. Their promptness and professionalism made a huge difference. They handled my claim swiftly and ensured that all necessary steps were taken care of without delay. Overall the experience was smooth and hassle-free. I am grateful for their excellent service and support.

After a month of reviews (about 3 on Hello Peter) several on dstv chat, + emails are we still not able to stream DSTV since 9 February - I am just so frustrated - the same feedback is it was referred to our technical department - I have now send a mail to ask them to terminate their services - as i just get no help and a month after I subscribed I still can not stream
ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER: 72597815 since 9 February still not resolved - I am so so frustrated with DSTV - This was send to you previously via your online chat help but herewith again I was streaming DSTV on my daughters account for the past 2 years on my LG TV This extra viewing was terminated by DSTV On the 9th of February I subscribed with DSTV again – on the streaming Premium package I keep getting the same error message “We’re sorry, something went wrong” I have phoned DSTV – their only suggestion was signing out/signing back in – which didn’t fix anything unfortunately. The app loads fine and navigating across channels the thumbnails and programming loads as per usual – it’s only when trying to actually play live tv. I can see all the channels on live TV, access them, but not actually play the program – The same goes for catchup, series, movies etc. I haven’t shared the password with anyone and there aren’t any other devices streaming concurrently.
After my review on Hellopeter - about us not able to stream DSTV I received a call on Friday - I had to write a mail and received a reference ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER: 72597815 Since I subscribed on the 9th of February I was not able to stream - and DSTV are not able to so solve the problem

DSTV has stopped this streaming feature and I had to get my own subscription Since I subscribed I keep getting the same error message as noted above. After hours on "my chat", I have phoned DSTV - their only suggestion was signing out/signing back in - which didn't fix anything unfortunately. I have uninstalled / installed the app - I have done everything from my side When I approach DSTV - everyone is trying to help me till they see it is not working - then they either put the phone down - or they say someone will make contact within 24 hours - but that also does not happen The app loads fine and navigation across channels the thumbnails and programming loads as per usual - it's only when trying to actually play live TV. These people are scammers. When you question anything they threaten with lawyers. They refuse to let you cancel contracts. Be aware!! They force you with revolving contracts renewals - today I received a mail to say they did not charge me during 2019 and 2020 because of covid - but now suddenly I owe them more than R7000 - after I had to pay my way out of the same situation during 2018 - I did not have a choice as they send me summons through their attorneys - These people are really ridiculous - NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
I just received a surprise delivery at my doorstep from Polmed - Immune Boosting Multivamines for 5 month's for both me and my husband - O wow - thank you Polmed - Thank you for looking after us in this difficult time and thank you for the surprise - we really appreciate it! It is a brilliant gesture from your side!
