Don't order online. I ordered 2 cases of beer on the 2 Nov fir delivery 4 Nov. It is now 8 Nov with no beers in sight. This despite me phoning everyday and escalating this issue. I believe I will be watching the rugby tomorrow without any beers
I received am SMS to complete my Game card application today 16th April. I had not applied for a card. I phoned the Game number and after a wait was asked my ID number. The person then said they are passing it to the fraud department. After 25 minutes of waiting I went through the same story and was then again put on hold for another 15 minutes until they put the phone down on me. Nobody could explain how it was so easy to create an account in my name and I didn't even get a reference number.
Reviewed my insurance and reduced my premium
<p>I purchased a portable jump starter kit from their website and the director (Quintin du Plessis) personally delivered the device to my door at around 19h30. Great service and nice to see a company going the extra mile to service a customer.</p>
