I have tried a week long to withdraw my funds without success. After 6 emails getting computer generated answers my problem is still not solved. They also do not have a telephone number so that one can speak to a Human being. Stay clear of this company.Thei
Most unhelpful staff at Langeberg Mall, Mossebay. Kept getting constant messages "Refreshing Sim data" on phone and needed a new Sim card. Despite having a contract with Telkom they refused to help me because they needed a copy of my ID and proof of address in pdf format which I have to email to the address of the person that will assist me when I return. When I returned I was asked whether I took a photo of my ID and saved it as a pdf file, which is what I did. Again this was not acceptable to them and despite offering to email the correct files to them as soos as I get home, they still refused to assist. Stay away from Telkom, they do not know what customer service means.
The Huawei Watch GT 6-52C is advertised as one of the best smart watches on the market. It has many features but is useless in some aspects like measuring running or cycling average speeds. The watch only measures the total time of the exercise instead of the active time and paused time. Using the total time results in showing the actual speed much lower that the actual average speed. The correct average speed is very important as it gives one an indicationn of how hard your trained. The watch shows it has a Wallet function but it does not work in South Africa. Most displays are in English but some are in Chinese which I cannot read. It should also be possible to ad medical info on the watch which also is not working. Complaints on Huawei website were promply rep**** to without solving the problems. After a while they stopped replying to my queries.
On 6 November, I went to the SARS office in George after making an appointment, where I received the worst possible treatment. At the entrance, there was an X-ray machine, and on the other side of the machine was a table where a woman was sitting and two men were standing. I walked up to the woman and reported my arrival, after which she crossed my name off a list. One of the men then very disrespectfully told me to walk back and stand by the door. After a while, he said I should place my belongings in a tray next to the X-ray machine and walk through it. While I was walking through the machine, the alarm went off because I had not placed my car key in the tray. The man, however, said nothing, as he clearly had no interest in what he was doing. The X-ray machine is therefore completely unnecessary and a waste of time. After the woman gave me a ticket with a number on it, she took me to a small room where about 20 people were sitting and told me to take one of the seats. After a while, some of the other people got up and left, and I was told to move up as though we were playing musical chairs. After some time, I told the woman that I had an appointment and that it was now time for it. She then realised that I was in the wrong place and asked me to walk with her to a larger room where there were about 100 empty chairs and a few people attending to clients. I cannot understand why I was not taken to the larger room in the first place. The entire process there is highly unprofessional, and I think someone competent should look into it and work to improve the system.
After reading the negative comments on Hellopeter, I was hesitant to buy from them. Despite this I went ahead and submitted a bid for a Huawei GT 6 smart watch which I won at a very good price. Their delivery was also very efficient.
Every now and then one reads in the news how well SARS is run which is far from the truth. Their srevice is like most government systems failing the tax payer. If one wants to make an appointment, you have to wait 5 weeks. Trying to phone them you have to hear that you are no. 273 in the queue. They stopped the call back function and do not use email. Email is the easiest method of communicating with someone and to resolve queries.
What a pleasant experience to deal with them. Received a quote on Monday for a battery, paid on Tuesday and received it on Friday in Mosselbay. Wish all companies were that efficient.
Extremely disappointing company to deal with – my experience with WeBuyCars I sold my car to WeBuyCars, George branch, and asked them to assist in transferring my personalised licence number from the old vehicle to my new one. I was told this could be done for R1,500, which I considered excessive, but I reluctantly agreed. The amount was deducted from the price they paid me for my car. For two weeks I heard nothing from them. After numerous phone calls and emails, I was eventually informed that the registration of my old car had been finalised without transferring my personalised plate. In other words, the service I had paid for was never done. I was forced to arrange the transfer myself. When I requested a refund of the R1,500, it was flatly refused. I find this behaviour completely *********, especially from such a large and well-known company. Be very careful when dealing with them.

Die foon is deur een baie onbeholpe persoon geantwoord, wat vir my gesê het ek moet maar net elke week weer epos stuur, want hy kan nie vir my die regte inligting gee nie. Nadat ek gevrae het dat hy my deurs***el na die regte persoon wat my antwoorde kan gee, het hy gesê die mense het nie 'n telefoon nommer en ek kan hulle nie s***el, al manier om hulle te ****ak as per epos. Dit is hoog onbevredigend en iemand sal dringend aandag hieraan moet gee dat mens die diens kan kry wat van die Wes-Kaap regering verwag word.
