Not bad for my first order
Bought a slush/soft serve machine from them. It works. The ordering online process is a bit of a drag. If you are in a rush rather go buy in-store not online. Staff was very friendly at the shop.

Staff can do better
Staff need to be better informed about policy claims. All staff. If a staff member is not sure about their facts they must consult their manager before sending people away. But in the end it in worked out just fine just got misinformed in the beginning.

Non Payment of Pension funds
We are trying to submit forms to claim pension funds from the deceased estate. But you keep asking for very personal information that you have no right to know. Like how much money did I receive from other companies. That's none of your business. Pay what you owe stop taking us from pillar to post.
