ATM deposit not reflecting to the recepient
I deposited money on Friday the 13th at Grand central at 13h36, when I got the slip it didn't show the amount I deposited. I log the query and I was given ref nr, they said the amount will reflect after 48hrs. Up until today no Mohan been paid and the lady was suppose to be in E.C by today. I am very frustrated the recipient does not trust me at all. I have the slip with me but they sending me from piller to post

REFUND OF PREMIUMS
I wrote a complaint last year Dec about my policy CA20055950. They didn't deduct the premium for 3 months from my persal after that I had to pay over the counter at Ackerman's store (R450.00). instead of them reviving the policy or refunding my premiums they only send a refund of R450.00 I don't know what happened to the rest of my money that I paid for+- 5years. I won't stop sending them emails until they paid all my premiums.

Refund after they canceled the policy
Their service is very bad I lodge a complaint on the 16th of July still today my refund is not yet paid, no communication or any update... I won't give up I will fight until I get my R2600 refund they deducted while they said the policy is canceled...

Contract phone
<p>I took contract phone in Dec 2014, I paid R200 monthly instalment in to May 2015 which is R1000. I paid R600 then my contract was suspended if how I don't know. I never received airtime since then. To.my surprise when I ask Vodacom today 26/5/2016 if how much is my balance I want to settle it, I was told to pay R3600.00. I am so confused if why must I pay such an amount offwhich they stopped airtime in April 2015? I NEED A CLARITY ON THIS..... </p>

Loan Settlement
<p>I had a loan with Capitec Bank since 2014, I am paying R1580 monthly. I never skip a month since 2014. To my surprise, I went to Capitec for settlement Letter $ I was given with an amount of R6000, according to my knowledge when you settling a loan INTEREST FALLS away. The loan term suppose to be finish in Sep. So why must I pay such an amount? </p>
