Worst service ever they kept on hanging up the phone countless time. When they have to transfer me to a relevant person they said she will call me back still waiting for that call. when you call back, try to explain the lady I got keeps on hanging up. I ask my self if I need emergency help will I get this attitude?
Horrible Service ever. I regret taking their contract. Learn from me
They are a ****, their orders are never delivered. They are big ****mers. Please kindly have them removed on the website. They do not respond on anything
KFC Carnival Mall On the 4th of September 2020 I have waited for my order for over an hour but the was no long queue. It has come to my attention that online order are more 'important' even their orders are well checked. After 1h30 minutes I received my order I asked the gentleman who was giving me my order what was the problem, he said it was the twister. Took my order and left when I arrived at home my order is wrong and incomplete. I wanted sweet chilli's twister meal and a buddy coldrink, dunked wings and Street wise Five Order481. But when I arrive at home my twister was not sweet chilli's and there was no buddy coldrink.
<p>I have send my application in the first week of January but with no response then, I sent please call me on the phone number on the 30/01/2017 with no response till to day. I called Gems to find problem with no help everytime they are telling me that I have not be captured. They are still working on it. The consultant said i need to send it again, I have been sending my application several times with no help.</p>
