nominated gp does not get paid for consultations
i am on flexifed 1, where i can choose a GP that even if my medical savings is depleted they pay the arranged consultation fee. So i go only to this nominated GP. What a shock when i received an invoice for almost 6000 what my medical aid have not even paid consultation fees tge past few months. so now my gap cover do not want to settle as my medical aid did not pay and they pay short payments

Decline - but they do not have all docs according to them
My gap cover policy usually pays what medical aid does not pay. i send the my nexus report of a doctor then someone asked me to complete a paper and get another statement from my medical aid and then before i could submit my claim is declined

call centres do not answer
I need a statement of a specific doctor and my gap cover says they cant accept the nexus paper and struggling to get to medical aid.

Please do not use fastway. They are slowway.....
i have a parcel with fastway because we live in a grey area they only deliver on tuesdays. me and my finaceé's parcels was sent together. He received his parcel today but now there is all kinds of excuses with my parcel

i am struggling to get through to the call centre. I send an email cuz i want to pay my medi vault extra each month when i have something extra and then i need a statement from June 2019 for dr RJ combrincks claims. Just the one providers claims please

No response child needs to go to theatre
My daughter is 5 years and 2 months need to go to theatre and i get no response from medical aid. Pleasw can not traumatize my child to do this procedure in the drs room. I had to let my child test for covid for this procedure now they do not want to help us

Little girl needs a big operation and co payments just gets more
My baby was born with a sacral dimple on 01 March 2020. When she was born they did an MRI of her spinal cord. They paid the MRI in full. 2 weeks ago we went to the Neuro in Kimberley where she wrote a motivation for a second MRI as they need to see the brain etc. They need to operate in 5 months on my baby and if they do not have all the facts and make 110 percent sure my baby can be paralyzed. As ordered by the neuro she started with therapy at an occupational the****** which i need to pay out of my pocket brcause my medical aid is exhausted, i am currently on unpaid uif but still ensure to pay my medical aid each month because you can not put a price on my babies life. Well yesterday the radiology phoned me I need to pay them R3000 for the MRI. I know she had one allready but the reason for a second one was justified. We started a facebook page for my girl to see if we can get some donations for ALL the payments my medical aid may reject. but because of the covid pandemic no one has extra money at this stage. I love my medical aid provider they have been good to me for so long but this is such a difficult time for all of us. #sad

I have a letter from the neuro for an MRI for my daugther it is very critical and she wrote a motovation letter for this
