Believe this: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: customercare@vodacom.co.za (customercare@vodacom.co.za) The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. So how do you get hold of vodacom without an annoying voice trying to sell you more of what you don't need and nothing of what you want. No mails is working at vodacom, none at all or you are only a debit order and nothing else. Vodacom, we will take your money, but do not expect to talk to us, we will call and sell more of our stuff, you do not need and want to you, so we can make your debit order bigger.
On December 22 I bought a washing machine for my Mom on Take-A-Lot. This will be delivered on December 30 after I completed the payment and all is good. On December 27 they pitched at my Moms home and delivered after sending a SMS that the parcel was out for delivery. This is absolute the best service I see of late and I will use this service again in future.
I went into Best Home and Electric on 9 December 2019. After speaking to the personnel about a washing machine, it took them about 5 minutes to establish that they got one in stock close to my Mother and will be able to deliver. After 10 minutes the transaction was complete and I was on my way, knowing that it will be delivered before Christmas day. On 17 December I went back to inquire why it has not been delivered yet. Was told they will do a follow-up and contact me. Now on 6 January 2020 I still have to hear something. On December 22 I bought a washing machine from Take-a-lot. First the delivery would be 30 December and I communicated it to my Mother. This was delivered on December 27, even before the first date given. I now feel that Best Home & Electric can give the amount I payed for the first washing machine and give it to the staff involved as a bonus, they will never see me in Best Home & Electric.
I just paid the blood money they extorted from me. R27900 with a extra R6000 for a product that only work for a few days. I want to let everybody know not to even let the reps of Aeromax Direct Co come into your house or office. Now I know why the rep was so adamant that I sign on the first meeting and not give me the time of day to rethink. I paid the package in parts, as I also work for a salary and this was suppose to be my pension addition, and asked my bank to email the proof of payment every time to them. Now, they did not get a payment and I had to pay the extra money. I really do not know how this Melissa sleeps at night knowing this is going on. No contact from them anymore. Guess this is because they got the money. Please everyone reading this review, spread the word not to get involved with this company.
