Cell C has the worst client service. Trying to get through to the upgrades department for 2 weeks. You have to go through a myriad of operators only to be cut off. No answer from emails. It’s understandable how they can’t retain customers with this lack of service. Definitely would not recommend anyone to get a cellc contract. I’m cancelling mine the first chance I get.
Terrible communication - actually no communication at all. I've been calling and emailing for weeks and no reply to resolve my issue... which is a mistake from their side and im owed a rebate...
Service non-existent. The members portal is so bad, none of my intelligent colleagues know how to use it. Unfortunately I have no choice but to remain registered under ECSA to be able to function as a professional engineer. How am I supposed to stay professionally registered when the statutory body is highly unprofessional?

I am at my wits end with this service provider. Me and my healthcare provider have spent an exorbitant amount of time calling and following up on a few claim. For the past two months we have been frustrated with conflicting information, incorrectly logged claim codes and a complete lack of follow up of any kind after literally begging for assistance. The head office in Century City told me only the call centre can help after waiting for them to help me for an hour and the call centre people are not allowed to e-mail me directly and there is no way i can follow up on my issues. Every time I call I have to explain the issue over again and nobody follows up. Everyone is friendly but nobody can actually do anything helpful. Their service leaves me with the impression that they are trying to wear me out and frustrate me until I give up. Think twice before using their service.
<p>Telkom Mobile calls me constantly trying to sell contracts. I received about 4 calls from them this morning and can hear conversations in the background of the call centre dealing with other callers. Please remove me from all your phone databases. </p>
