The consultant Ruben was very friendly and professional. He is a good listener and did not put any pressure on me to take out any insurance whatsoever. He showed empathy wrt my dog Max who died a few years ago. It was a pleasure taking out insurance for our new pet Oakley. Thank you Ruben for making this an unforgettable experience. Well done Outsurance!

Conned by a LYING SALES PERSON
I never signed up for a policy. A guy approached me while I was on my way to the shops. He askedme if I would like to win a voucher. He ******* me as he said you guys will call me to discuss the spin wheel and will OFFER me a funeral plan. NO ONE CALLED ME YET I RECEIVED A MESSAGE R422 WILLBE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT for POLICY NO.70010554751 I HAVE BEEN IN SALES FOR 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN A SHARK AS I HATE LIES. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN AS THIS WAS NEVER AGREED

Best by FAR
<p>Spar Grand Central is one of the best shops ever! I regularly shop there and noticed all staff including manager always giving service with a smile. I have been purchasing their pizzas on a regular basis as not only is it very reasonable price wise BUT it also tastes delicious. I am writing this review as two weeks ago I bought some stuff and in my haste ran out the shop without taking my change. The cashier actually kept it in safely for me. A special thanks to Nosisi for tracking it down for me. So in my book SPAR is number ONE. Especially Grand Central :)</p>
