Had a wonderful experience, swift collection and drop off and driver was professional and courteous. Directions was easy to locate. Definitely better and more affordable than parking at the airport at OR Tambo. Using them again.

<p>My story with Kelfords Ford Somerset West did not start as a good one. The warning light starts flashing for some odd reason. Took it in air filter replaced, week later sign back on, after several attempts to find a fault on our Ford Ranger I just could not deal with the persisting problem anymore. Robyn the service manager offered his Ranger for the night, took our bakkie home to see if the fault occurred when he drives with it, I received it back the next day, last resort they replaced a sensor and it has been 3 weeks without any warning signs going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very happy about that, thank you...</p> <p> </p> <p>Took the Ranger in for its first service, they delivered on time when they said they would, spotless and as good as new.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Robyn for taking control and helping. To the ladies at Kelfords, Erika and Marlene, thank you for your patience, smiles and humour. Can't be easy having to deal with difficult clients like me, but you all as a team managed to turn my situation around and I'm proud to be a Ford driver once again. </p>
