How is it Pick n Pay ASAP when u place an order at 1pm but delivery keeps changing from 2pm to 2:30 pm to 3pm. The reason was to get the goods ASAP. Now if I have to wait for more than an hour what do we call that. I may as well drive to Pick n Pay. Been having so many challenges with asap 😩 I can't deal if items aren't missing when delivered its the delivery time.
I purchased kids bedding at Cresta branch I recieved wrong orders Firstly the color of the order Secondly its sleeper bags not comforters Thirdly the customer service The consultant kept speaking Zulu/Xhosa I know it's south Africa but customers service we use universal language not your mother when addressing customers I don't know what he saw that made him think I understand him. I mean my surname can explain its self. I'm not happy at regarding this I don't think I will buy from homechoice again. He said next time I must read if it says sleeping bags or comforters. Can you please explain are all kids bedding sleeping bags not comforters.
I went to pep home today in roodepoort, seconds after walking in the worst comment from cashier about me. "I have time to fall pregnant in September with such a big tummy she won't "spoke in zulu she continued telling her colluege even making a joke about it. It really annoyed me and hurt me how she behaved it was rude and disrespectful. Can cashiers please do what they paid and not go about customers conditions that dont concern them. And talking about customers in other languages thinking they don't understand.😠😠😠😠
Today is 29th December 2-5days policy went to 7-10 days been over 25 days waiting for a dinner set. How difficult can that be im very disappointed with makro online service really what a waist of time.😠😠😠😠😠😠
I placed an order on 2nd December. Tried tracking order still shows packed since 4th December. This is unprofessional i tried calling customer service they said 7 to 10 days. Its more than 15 days now. I think i should go to the nearst makro and demand the products i purchased online.😠😠😠😠😠
We ordered sit in on saturday 04June @mall of africa nandos. I specifically asked for no flavour tea for my mom. We waited over 30 minutes for our order was told that they thought it was for take away. Than my mom's tea was accompanied by a small box masala chai. We continued with our meal and she had the tea after few sips she complained that it tastes diffrent i cheecked the box it was empty so my mom was served masala chai that we didnt ask for. Next morning my 79year old mother woke up with allergy her whole left side is swollen. She didnt eat or drink anything diffrent from what she normally eats/ drink accept for the that flavoured tea. I specifically asked for no flavour tea as i know my mom. We had to get medical help for her allergy she is still swollen. This is really really unacceptable.😠😠😠😠😠😠.
Im very disappointed for the serve i got at little neros boksburg. I booked for event in the main venue a week in advance. I was told everything is sorted paid for decor as well. When i arrived the day of the event there was two event in one venue. My tables was in the corner the rest of the space was decorated for the other venue, which was only starting at 16:30 my event started at 13:30. Nothing was as we planned with the person in charge Yolanda. Her service is terrible she promised me things i didn't see. I was so disappointed and embarrassed that my guest could see all the mess up. Ms. Van der merwe ek was nooit so teleertgestel.
I'm very disappointed in sales ladies at American swiss Mall of africa. I was assist by a lady Boity on Saturday 14 November 2020. I purchased a engagement ring and I asked for size S. Cause i remember going with my partner for sizing. Boity confirmed when I purchased that ring is a size S.when I gifted the ring it didn't fit my partner it was very big I was embarrassed. But kept in and returned it on tuesday afternoon. When I got to American swiss mall of Africa I was assisted by Tshidi I came with my partner tshidi checked with sizing and told me it was a size U not size S. So I was given the wrong size she assist in resizing and told me I had to pay R299 to get the ring resized. I explained to her that it's not my fault as her colleague gave me wrong size. She told me there's nothing she can do about that. I request for an exchange with diffrent model but told me that the ring is damaged there seemed to be a scratch at back of the ring.so I was bot allowed to exchange. How can I scratch a ring that didn't fit in the first place. Because of Boity negligence and not check the ring size and that everything is in order before. I asked her very nicely as I was in a rush is everything in order she said yes. This is unacceptable that I have to pay for resizing and not being able to exchange I ring hardly had for more than 72hours. Very upset customer.
<p>on the 26 may </p> <p>my partner and i experienced the worst service we ever got from NANDOS.</p> <p>the order was wrong they took time to bring our food and we didnt get proper cutlery we had to asked from the other waitress .than we waited for your drink only to find out it was wrong they gave us hot chocoltae pudding not hot chocolate .I asked to see the cashier so she can fix the error she made, she came with a attitude saying Nandos doesnt sell hot chocolate they sell only chilli hot chocolate.she took the slip and left and made comment inZulu saying we are a problem.they hot chocolate came finaly but without s****s we asked for s****s she brings us plastic dessert s****s I asked to see the manager the waiter said his not here we asked a diffrent waitress and she called him he took his own time to come.The manager "Lawrence" we explained to him what happened he offered us a salad instead of a apology. I am realy dissappointed in the people that work there its closest to home thats why we decided to go there it was my first and last .I would rather drive to rosebank nandos or sandton than go to the boulders ever again..................terrible most kak service.</p>
