Urgent Complaint Regarding Appalling Service at RocoMamas Carnival City Dear Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the shocking experience my party and I endured at your Carnival City branch. The service we received was unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to rectify this. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete circus: 1. **Lack of Basic Amenities**: Your establishment did not have enough glasses, forcing us to share a single Coke – an absolutely unacceptable oversight. 2. **Mains Before Starters**: Two of our four main courses were brought out before the starters, only to be informed later that the Chilli Bombs and wings we ordered were unavailable. This was only mentioned after we queried their absence. 3. **Food Quality Issues**: After agreeing to remove the unavailable items from the bill, our mains were inexplicably taken away, and the starters were finally brought to the table. However, the starters were a disgrace – essentially feta with no Chilli Cheese or jalapeños as requested. When the mains were re-served, all four burgers and chips were ice cold. 4. **Dessert Disaster**: We decided to take the dessert home, only to discover the flapjacks were raw. 5. **Staff Conduct**: The behavior of your staff, particularly Thumelo, was appalling. Rolling their eyes and banging items on the table is not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. To make matters worse, no condiments were provided at any stage of the meal. This level of incompetence is inexcusable, especially given the significant amount of money spent to celebrate what should have been a joyous occasion – my birthday. Instead, it turned into a nightmare, utterly ruining the day. I demand an explanation for this disgraceful experience and Failure to address this matter promptly and appropriately will leave me no choice but to escalate the complaint further. To whom it may concern. I would like to bring to your attention of the horrific service we received from Ribs and Burgers at the neighborhood on the 2 May 2022. Myself and a few friends decided we wanted to meet up for lunch and I suggested Ribs and Burgers as I am a regular customer and wanted to support the branch I usually go too.. when we arrived I asked my Fiancé to please go and ask the manager if he would mind if my puppy who is being bottle fed as she is 3 weeks old can sit with us if we sit outside thinking if it was a problem we would just order takeaways and go and eat at one of our homes. When my Fiancé got to the door we asked one of the waiters if it would be okay to sit outside with the tiny pup he screamed at us and said no get that dog away from here. The lady standing in front apologized and said we can speak to the manager the manager told the lady from the front not to bug him for stupid customers. I am absolutely flabbergasted by the treatment we recieved . And myself nor my friends will ever step foot In that restaurant again. I am shocked that after covid you can afford to turn a customer away never mind 11 people. I understand if the place is not pet friendly they could have just asked us to order a take away. There was no need for the rudeness and arrogance we were treated with. I am appalled by this behavior. I await your response.
Absolutely horrific experience at Stoneridge papachinos. I have never been here before but it was recommended by a friend so we decided to give it a try as I was looking through the order the waiter came to take the order I was not ready to order as I was still reading through the menu he then took half the order and came back to take my order with a major attitude as if what I was ordering was such a effort. The food then took over an hour to arrive and we had to ask multiple times where the food was. I am horrified at the service we recieved . Will never return.
